Safe and clean place to stay when taking a road trip.

They were horrible there. No hot food, no coffee, no juice, couldn't get anyone to help me at the desk, not only did I rent a suite that was basically a regular room and nowhere near as advertised as online, and they were late checking me in. Horrible management. See above

The check in process was very easy and the staff was very kind. The hallways smelled of marijuana and being a non pet friendly hotel, it was unexpected to hear dogs barking. The housekeeping staff did great with visiting my room daily. The hallways and stairways were not the cleanest and the back door to the hotel didn't even secure properly. The experience would've been labeled as decent, but on the last night of my 4 night stay, I found, what appeared to be, a bed bug crawling on my arm as I was laying down. When I mentioned it to the front desk, the only response I got was "oh I'm sorry about that" and didn't seem to care a whole lot. I was there on business for the government and figured my experience would have been much better than it was. To say the least, I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and lack of compassion when I tried to address the situation with staff.

Close the the location we needed. Staff was super nice. Needed some TLC, but expected that for the price.

It was ok..................
-
Noisy cooling system in room. Door to outside broken and not secured, serious safety concern.

The property looked horrible when I pulled in late at night. Men lurking in the parking area, drapes broken and hanging so you could see right into many rooms from the parking lot. It looked sketchy and unsafe. I did not stay.

Door on back of building was filthy. One opened and one unopened drink in our fridge. Room smelled like an ashtray. Cigarette butt in toilet. Went downstairs to tell them and front desk blamed first,”the Indian” woman and by time she was done making excuses. The Indian woman became a he….. pretty sure she was making the whole thing up

Needed a place for our daughter and granddaughter to stop and get some sleep and this place fit the bill, not the best but friendly staff and a comfortable bed did the trick. She said breakfast was terrible but there is a Waffle House right next door and it was good. Overall a good place to sleep, would stop again.

Everything was OK On our last day we found any & a cockroach in our room.

Would not pay more than $50 per night for this kind of place

This property is old and run down. The back entry door is broke and wont even close allowing anyone to enter into the hotel. I There wasnt anyone at the reception area. I rang the bell 10 min. Then i called 3x the ring speaker was loud but still no clerk. Finall sfter another 5 minutes a woman came from the otherside of yhe hotel. The ice machine was also broken. There are no elevators so if you are on the second floor you have to lug your luggae upstairs. The rugs in the room are dirty and need to be repkaced. The place is a dump!

Parking was easy, didnt use the pool. Back door was left open all night, a security issue for sure. Door area dirty, glass enclosure looked greasy & full of fingerprints. Front door area also dirty.

I reserved a room close to exit door and parking due to physical disability. I was given a room number prior to my arrival. When I arrived I was given a different room far for me to walk. I went to that room and it wasn’t ready for me. I had to go back to the front desk for another room. This was difficult for me to walk back and forth.

Woke up to strong cigarette smoke smell in the morning.

Nothing Everything
-
It’s a roof over your head with a door that locks and a Waffle House in the parking lot. Don’t overthink it, you get what you pay for.
