Disappointed in cleanliness of our room. Looked to be dog hair all over air conditioner and in corners of the shower. Large sticky spill on floor in front of closet. Bathroom mirror was dirty with what looked like toothpaste splatter. Quick trip so didn’t get to use the pool or exercise room. However the breakfast area was clean and the ladies kept the food well stocked. First time to stay at this Hampton location so was disappointed.

Staff was wonderful. Parking wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was the classic Hampton spread with several options.

We stayed 2 nights for a soccer tournament. The room and bathroom was a bit small - 2 queens, but we made it work.

All in all very nice with a couple of exceptions... 1) Breakfast items were cold. Eggs, bacon/sausage and potatoes were cold on both days we were there. Waffles were good and everything else displayed and served properly. 2) Toilets in the rooms were the shortest I've ever seen. The seat was 13 inches from the floor. I didn't know you could purchase a toilet that low to the floor. It might sound silly but that's an issue for anyone 6ft or taller. Very uncomfortable.

The cost per night for 3 days was outrageous in comparison to what services we were expecting from website and reviews. Our rooms were not cleaned at least once (request to front desk daily) because the cleaning staff was “focused” on cleaning rooms to accommodate new guests by 3 pm check in each day. We asked for towels and toilet paper. A sparse continental breakfast, fruit overripe and stale breads, few choices. Rooms were clean but older mattress and pillows could be replaced. Close or adjoining rooms was not honored. The website said “indoor heated pool”, was not…pool was cold and not acceptable for small children. Major disappointment with Hampton/Hilton, will not choose in future travels. Save your $$’s and go somewhere else.

Lovely hotel, great facilities, very nice fitness center. Large, clean, comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Staff super friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend!
