Top service and kindness of each and every staff member! Nothing

The property is beautifully maintained, clean, especially the gardens. We were made to feel particularly welcome by the warm members of staff from reception, bar, restaurant and pool service. They were incredibly hospitable and kind with us, and thank them for our stay! The food at the restaurant is AMAZING, especially the all-day menu. The property is simply gorgeous, and an excellent location on a lovely street. Feels very safe too. These are just very minor observations: the doors and some floor/wall patches in room could be more well-kept, the door locking system is a bit old, but I am sure it can be addressed during refurbishments.

All the staff are super friendly and you genuinely feel they want to make your stay special. Must make a special call out for Marius who in his very understated way anticipated our needs to perfection and was so helpful in making our stay at Leeu House special. We shall be returning soon ! Zero.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The water heater was broken when I tried to take a bath on day 1. It took almost 1hr for the hotel staff to check on the problem and came back saying they would need another 1.5hrs to recover. I asked to swap a room but they offered me a downgrade room without bath tub at first. After communications back and forth, it took another hour for the hotel staff to get another room with bath tub for us. The whole process took me almost 2.5hrs to swap to a room with hot water. I don't think this is the right facilities or the hospitality that a hotel like Leeu House should provide.

The Location was fantastic, Staff very helpful, Lovely rooms and facilities. The food was fantastic.

It was beautiful and serene with lovely rooms, friendly, efficient staff and great food. The central location is also a big plus.

Fabulous hotel exceptional service. Location is great right in the center of town with plenty of restaurants nearby. Very safe with lots of security. Secure parking. Amazing breakfast! Everything was fabulous @

Everything! The location, the staff, the pool, the rooms the food, really couldn’t fault it! Some of the art pieces are a bit scary but other than that it’s perfect

Gardens Lay out Staff Art Breakfast was mediocre. No fresh juice! Muesli not great. Toast was not great. Fruit selection was mainly unripe.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Franschoek. The facilities were magnificant and were only bettered by the incredible staff who were warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Absolutely nothing - perfection

This hotel is incredible. The room we were in exceeded our expectations and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff at the hotel were unbelievably friendly and helpful, you really felt welcomed every time you saw them. The hotel definitely went above and beyond with the daily itinerary’s on your bed each night with a weather report and confirmation of reservations for the next day. We loved this hotel so much and would recommend it to everyone. The location is fantastic and the breakfasts are delicious. Nothing. We loved it so much.

Delicious breakfast and the terrace by the pool is a gorgeous spot to drink an early morning coffee. Great choice and beautifully cooked and presented. The staff are an absolute delight and so charming. We loved the sculpture and art and fabulous location. The rooms are large and luxurious and so comfortable. All in all a perfect stay. Nothing!!

Seriously after travelling so many time to SA we never had a more helpful and friendly staff. They are most of the time amazingly friendly but this one topped it all! The Location is also absolutely superb. Only can recommend it very much!!! We do come back!!! Nothing
