Location and cleanliness of the room Elevator was out at the time but the flights of stairs weren’t terrible. Walls were thin

Elevator constantly broke down, wife had heel spur with boot and had to walk the steps three times. Checking person was not too friendly or courteous.

Very clean room and comfortable bed! We had our little dog only $15 for him. Maybe more parking spots needed but we enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly

Everything was great aside from how misleading the room photos were. Very, very, VERY small bedroom suites. Furnishings were sorely lacking convenience.

Great location, friendly staff and pet friendly Bed and pillows could have been more comfortable, but that is just personal preference

Loved the size of the room and the little featured kitchen. The closet door did not open in our room. Tv did not connect to our phones but still worked fine.

No fault of the place but I am short and a little handicapped. The bed was high so difficult to get in. The toilet was extremely low and hard to get off. Both created a workout after a long day of site seeing.
