HVAC unit in 205 broke. Smelled like smoke according to my wife and manager Tom at this point in time. My wife and her mother are both asthmatic. There was not another available room at hotel. Could not transfer the pre-payment due to Expedia policies per manager to another hotel. Will reach their GM today for a refund.

Breakfast adequate. Location good. The room's air conditioner needs a good clean. Otherwise, stuffy noses, etc. and negative effect on good night's sleep.

This hotel is older, in a decent neighborhood. If you love the smell of weed, then this is the place for you! Not thrilled personally. The breakfast bar was consistently late, staffed with angry personnel. I’m sorry, I just was not impressed.

It is an older hotel. Carpets in hallways were stained. A/C was not working well in our room and it smelled musty and didn't cool well. In the morning everything felt wet from the humidity. They served a decent breakfast.

Room felt very humid, almost damp/clammy, despite the a/c running quite cold and there was obvious moisture damage to the ceiling in several places. Also faced an adjacent property which had multiple extremely-bright floodlights aimed directly at the window. Breakfast and other amenities were about average.

Usually is allowed to use the swimming pool 2 hours before checking in. We arrived almost 1pm for a 3pm checking in. The receptionist tried to be "friendly" by telling us to explore downtown area, not even offered us the option to stay on the premises. The room smelled like the ac is not properly cleaned and old carpet. The bed skirt and lamp shades had spilled stains. The shampoo and air conditioner dispenser was not holding the bottles. Breakfast was average, expected for the price that we paid.
