Been there many times. Great staff

Good location.Nice clean and quiet room and good breakfast.

The room was nice and the breakfast was very good

Only problem I had was the ice machine was always out of order on my floor. I was able to use other floor ice machines though!

(I booked 3). No available housekeeping and no room to switch us to. I have been a Hilton honors member for over 15yrs ,(whether I go through 3rd party cause Hilton website had no availability and we only stay at Hilton’s) the Hilton motto was not upheld this time. No manager follow up no call nothing. I had another pressing situation prior to getting there and to put it short, the manager was more concerned about punishing me verbally than upholding my loyalty to the chain. Extremely disappointed, I make it a point for my family to only stay at the Hilton but unfortunately due to this stay I may have to revisit my choices.

It was a nice , clean stay. I just stayed one night while on my way to VA. I’m a Hilton Honors member. Two slight downsides…water pressure was not great and the breakfast options were just okay. Neither were dealbreakers for me, just preferences. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the Home2 Suites for five nights for both business and pleasure. This is a great hotel. The hotel is conveniently located just off I-270 with shopping, restaurants, and other amenities in close proximity. Our room was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. The staff were above average in friendliness and helpfulness. They were a delight. This hotel probably has one of the best breakfasts we've had, and we travel a lot. The offerings differed each morning but they were very flavorful and hot. If/when we need to return in the future this hotel will certainly be first on our list for consideration.

Clean, spacious, updated, simple but nice breakfast.

The hotel was nice but the room wasn't cleaned hair was in shower every where and phone didn't work in room when I tried to complain the hotel staff didn't care just smile and said ok

Stayed here for a couple of nights and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The room was spacious with a full-size refrigerator and kitchenette, which was a nice bonus even for a short stay. The staff was friendly, breakfast was better than expected, and the location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again when passing through Frederick.

I booked a 2 queen room and we were "upgraded" to a king room with a pull out couch. We had 4 on our party and the pull out couch was small for 2 adults to sleep comfortably.

Breakfast was good a lot of choices. only flaw was No alternative milk offered or in house at market.

At 3pm room still not ready yet several other patrons gor rooms while I continued to wait. 330 room finally ready when retiring to bed found staff had placed 2 fitted sheets instead of one and a flat sheet. Truly unusual for a Hilton property.
