Hilton Garden Inn Frederick

The staff were friendly and the food was good at the restaurant. The room was comfortable. Price was too high.

I had a nice quiet stay here for one night. The property is a little dated but it was very clean. The staff was polite. The hotel is located close to a number of restaurants which was convenient. The water pressure in the shower was adequate but when a guest in another room flushed the toilet I got scalded. Most places have taken care of that issue through plumbing. All in all, I’d stay here again.

Our room was spotless and comfortable, especially the beds! The staff was very outgoing and helpful, from the moment we checked in until we checked out the following day. The hotel breakfast was delicious and the server was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. We had a delightful conversation with him. I would not consider staying in any other hotel in the Frederick area. The Hilton Garden Inn was great!!!!! Nothing

It’s so peaceful and private. Just did a weekend retreat here with my dog. Enjoyed the pool, twice! Had it all to myself at 3pm and 8am! It’s clean. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. I love the nightlights on each side of the bed, too! Staff is very warm and helpful. The grounds are manicured. I’ll be back again! Cannot say enough nice things about this Hilton.

The front desk receptionist Tamika was AMAZING!! She was helpful, professional and such a beautiful person!! She made my stay so much memorable!!

Tamieeka at front desk was very courteous, accommodating. Signed me up for Hilton Rewards, which took no time at all, provided free breakfast the next morning for me & my mom. Much appreciated. The breakfast exceeded our expectations! Attentive waiter. Very fresh fruit, excellent bacon. All staff we encountered were very courteous. We could smell cigarette smoke on our floor in the p.m. This didn’t bother myself so much, but it did my mother, who woke up coughing in the night. We know this is not the fault of your establishment. The hotel appeared ‘older’ than it did in photos online, but it was clean & comfortable. We understand the building will be getting a facelift this fall.

Everything was good. I think that it should be explained better that although they provide complementary breakfast it's NOT included, You pay separate for this.

TV was not plugged I couldn't close the door the held the refrigerator under the coffee maker.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made to order. However, our room smelled like a pet had been in it. I had to ask for some air fresher to get the pet smell out of my room. The bathtub needed some repairs. I wish the rooms for pets were separate. I felt like because I didn’t have a pet I was discriminated against. I had to endure the smell and having allergies made it difficult.

Staff were wonderful. Hotel was in good repair and very clean. Room was spacious. Parking was super easy and plentiful. I did have an issue with my room door card, not working and had to return to the front desk several times to have it reset; other guests were having the same problem. Minor inconvenience. overall my stay was wonderful.
