sound and picture quality. The selection of channels was bare minimum, the remote to the tv reminded me of a toy, the guide button did not work and a few times the picture went black but the sound stayed. I was surprised that there wasn’t a buffet breakfast. I had stayed at another Hilton recently that wasn’t too far from this one and it served a buffet breakfast to all of the guests if they chose to have breakfast. It was comforting to know and made to feel included. The Hilton in Frederick may want to reconsider the breakfast rules. Free coffee but all items had a fee. Water had a fee after the obligatory 1 or 2 bottles that were in the room. Really?? This is Hilton.. charging over breakfast?? I probably won’t stay at this particular Hilton until these issues are upgraded.

Easy access to highways

It was a great stay. Quiet, didn't need help from staff but they telling us to.let them know if we needed anything

The only issue I experienced was with the handicap parking area behind the hotel. There is a door near the pool that is supposed to provide access back into the hotel, but it was locked and would not open with our guest room key card. If you’re returning late, you have to walk all the way around to the main lobby, which is especially inconvenient for guests with disabilities. This is something the hotel should correct. Even for guests who are not handicapped, having that entrance accessible would be much more convenient

A little dated, but improvements being made. My AC was especially noisy. But clean and pleasant. Staff excellent, professional and kind.

Check in was quick, very nice staff. Location perfect. Nice and quiet. Free parking. Spacious room. The gym was great says my husband, especially the spinning bike. The fan in the bathroom was loud and pretty useless. Towels didn't even dry out over night.

For other travelers, I would recommend considering what amenities are important to you before booking and checking what's nearby if you plan to explore the area. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with a welcoming atmosphere, this hotel is worth considering. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
