This property is pretty old and tired. The decking outside around the pool and outdoor bar are in horrible condition. I tripped on a rotted piece of wood and there was a missing slat my dog could have broken her leg on. Yes we were walking at dark. Very poorly lit. The fitness center was depressing. The breakfast was pretty good as far as the fast food breakfasts go. The kitchen staff and front desk staff were great. While I was returning to go to the 3rd flr. from breakfast carrying 2 cups of coffee and a plate of food there were 3 men at the elevator and one turned to tell me they were running a test and the elevator couldn't be used. After being surprised at this I turned to walk towards the stairs when another one of the men told me there was another elevator that I could use. It was the service elevator which was pretty gross but better than trying to walk up 3 flights of stairs with hot coffee and food. Why the man that told me the elevators were shut down couldn't have told me this I don't know but it left a crummy feeling about the situation. It was 7:00am. Odd time to run a test. This is a pet friendly hotel which is nice but they didn't really have anywhere to walk the dogs or a dog area. The grounds were pretty littered with cig butts etc. Lastly when I booked the hotel I made sure it had a restaurant. I knew we would be pulling in around 8:30pm and would be hungry. We were in a truck pulling a UTV behind us so parking and maneuvering aren't great. Closed on Sun!!

I'd stay again for a quick stop over with good highway access.

It was a good stay. Bathroom lacked body wash or a bar of soap for the shower and the hand soap at the sink was all but empty.

Great hotel. Very clean. Awesome breakfast. The hotel restaurant and bar had great food and was very accessible. Only two complaints is that the lobby coffee was watery and the remote control for our tv in the room didn’t work. I will definitely be staying there again.

Staff is always welcoming and we really enjoy the fact that breakfast is included in the price of our stay.

Breakfast was good and the set up was clean. The female staff member who stocked the food was awesome. Super cute messages on the bananas! Our room was gross. Corners had mold and funk in the bathroom. Random stains on sheets and a plop of grossness on the floor. The carpet tacks were coming out of the base board carpet and it was a safety concern for my dog. Other safety concern: the outlets did not work. The outlet closest to the window even sparked when my kiddo plugged in! This was the worst hotel stay for my family to date. I understand the rooms that allow dogs are not as nice, but they need to be safe and clean.

The hotel rooms are showing their age. Good location but the rooms need remodeling/updating. Bathroom sink was dirty with hair. Some of the light bulbs in the bathroom were out. Handle on the shower/tub was stripped so we had to be very careful about setting the water temperature before getting in the shower. Beds were fine, although not sure if the A/C could keep up.

The hotel is dated, but clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Ice machines didn’t work on each floor. Guest Laundry needs an app to pay if you want to do wash.

Staff was friendly Room was dirty, bad smelling, basically everything was bad except the staff.

Hotel is in dated and in need of renovations. Our toilet seat was completely cracked the whole way through, told the front desk and it was not addressed. Water stains on the ceiling, tub drain corroded. It was fine for a one night stay but would not stay again.
