Clean.

From inside my bedroom I didnt hear any sound outside of my room, where my father was watching TV . Very pleasant experiencing sharing a suite with my usually obstrusive family

Our first room smelled like a dog. The hotel got us into a different room. The bathroom sink in the second room did not drain well (we told the staff at checkout, we only stayed one night). The second room also had a weird smell. The refrigerator was making a tapping noise all night (probably making ice). The breakfast was not good. They only had one person managing the breakfast area alone. Food was running out but the one person who was working would replenish anything as long is she knew about it. The hot options were oatmeal, scrambled eggs (were not good), an egg souffle, and pork sausage patties. Some type of home fries or potatoes would have been nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us change our room when we had an issue. The rooms, sheets, and towels were clean. The outdoor patio area was really nice. I did not use the Billiard table but I like that you have access to the room at any time. The dining area was very nice. Full length mirrors in the rooms are always a plus! Also, two more little things that seemed odd . There weren’t any clocks or luggage racks. The front desk did find one luggage rack and brought up to us. All of the staff were great!

The facility is well located, clean and well maintained. It offers large rooms with excellent amenities. Highly recommended!

Only suggestions would be to do later hours for breakfast, more options at breakfast, and find some better flavor coffee. I spend too much at Starbucks.

We are elderly so we did not “rise and shine” the first thing in the morning. However, later in the early afternoon when the cleaning staff had made their rounds, the front desk accommodated our request to clean our room. That is not always the case with other hotels even within the Marriott hotel system. It was greatly appreciated.

The breakfast was very good. Especially on Sunday, as the spinach and cheese soufflé was very good. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

The parking lot was littered with trash. The noise in the parking lot was loud in the middle of the night. The shower in the room partially operated with half the water coming out of the spicket and half out the shower head.

This was such a great place with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the hotel is near so much food and shopping places.
