Extended Stay America Suites Frederick Westview Dr

Nothing No ice, no utensils, it is supposed to be an extended stay suite and no supplies were provided, not even bathing soap, shampoos. Terrible place to stay, I would never select that hotel chain in the future.

The staff was exceptional. The facility is in desperate need of repair. The kitchenette was outdated. The stove and refrigerator worked but were rusty, the counter was chipped as was the toilet seat. The A/C unit sounded like a motorcycle.

The hotel is definitely older and dated, but everything was clean, which makes a huge difference. The room was comfortable enough for our one-night stay, the refrigerator/freezer actually worked, and the amenities we expected were there and in good condition. The mattress and pillows were still an issue for us. The mattress was very, very firm, and the pillows were once again extremely flat. Extended Stay may want to rethink the three-flat-pillow strategy, if only to preserve marital bliss. Maybe provide four pillows if they are going to be that flat. Overall, though, this was a much better experience. It’s not a fancy or updated hotel, but it was clean, functional, and provided what we needed for a night on our road trip. After our experience at the previous location, we were very relieved and would stay at this Frederick location again.

Bad odor inside the room

The room was very dirty, filled with women’s hair on the ground. The ‘kitchen’ didn’t have any utensils, cups, plates. No coffee maker. The fridge was very dirty. The air conditioner was set at 68 degrees and couldn’t be adjusted. Overall very disappointed with the cleanliness of this property, would not recommend.

Me gustó mucho la estancia aquí. La habitación limpia, tiene todo lo que una persona necesita para pasar unos dias agradable. Además de mercados y tiendas cerca

Exceptional

Not the type of breakfast I was expecting

Clean room and quiet

Nothing Smelled like animal pee, dirty, no lights outstanding the building !

Found a cockroach

Nothing at all Disguisting! DO NOT BOOK HERE! Smelled like Marajuana as soon as my family and I walked through the door to check in at the counter! We went to our assigned room and immediately turned around before walking through the door. Smelled like cat urine and feces. It took our breath away. We immediately went back to check in counter and requested a refund. Another customer was there who said they switched him to a 2nd room after his arrival and he complained and it was worse than the first! Absolutely disguisting and would never stay here! This place needs shut down!

Staff are amazing, professional and friendly!

Location is convenient, in a cluster with several other hotels Very strong odor in the room, dirty refrigerator, carpet felt icky. I made a late reservation, pre-paid in full, but the desk clerk said the reservation was cancelled because “we didn’t show up”. Took a very long time to- up to 30 minutes - for her to find an available room and figure out how to check us in.

Nice stay sadhana did great

Didn't exist No breakfast as advertised, staff was not helpful and I had to ask her to help me as she was on her cell phone with a personal call at the time. Floors were damp/sticky

Passable
