Lovely pool with relaxing and aesthetic surroundings. Parking was easy and building decorated nicely with a welcoming feel. Room was comfortable and fit the bill for my stay. Love the nearby Mexican Restaurant within walking distance. breakfast was great- exceeded my expectations. No complaints at all!

The pool was really nice - we'd go back just for that. The place felt safe and clean (sometimes motels can be on the sketchy side, and I was there solo with my young child), and the breakfast was pretty good.

The room was good for the age of motel although you could hear other occupants. The motel is going through a remodel. Staff is pleasant and parking location is convenient. The breakfast was good. The location was great do to being just off of Rt. 95, so you could continue on your trip if that was your attention.

The bad - hotel is old , very old remodel and the bathrooms were in bad shape. Very old (like1960s!) not in good shape. Dirty, no reason for this in a BW in 2026.

Perfect for a night off the road and an economical stay close to old town Fredericksburg. Staff was very helpful. Good for travelers with pets.

Outdated. My preference is to have a light switch and sink in the bathroom not outside of it. Bathroom is old.
