Quality Inn Fredericksburg, Central Park Area

The overall stay was adequate. It was close to the conference that I attended and close to shopping and restaurants. The overall property looks like it needs to be updated.

Breakfast was Okay but it ended 9:00 AM. The Breakfast was clean and the waffle was good. The location was close to the Quilt Expo and the restaurant I like to go to. I like to stay on Plank Road when I come every year for the Quilt Expo. Location is close to I 95. The photos on Booking .com was not the room I had. The desk chair was leaning to the side, and the photos online had another chair in the room. I reported the computer desk chair to the checkout staff and was told they will replace it. The bathtub had a rust stain in the tub. I stayed at the hotel years ago and it looked the same. When I saw the photos on Booking.com I assumed the hotel had been renovated.

The location of the hotel. Quite area. Staff very friendly. They took out extra money from my account without telling me first.

This motel did not feel like a 4-star property, as it appeared dated and in need of maintenance. Although the room was clean, it was uncomfortable, and the website did not clearly indicate that access to the room was from the outside. The pictures of the room also did not accurately reflect what it really looked like. A request for late checkout was accommodated only until 11:30, providing just an additional 30 minutes.

This Quality Inn, conveniently off I-95, and across from Central Park Mall in Fredericksburg, Va , has EVERYTHING you could probably need on Plank Rd! Rooms are spacious, we'll appointed and staff are helpful & friendly! Love Complimentary breakfast in morning too!

Dawn was great at the front desk.

The front desk staff were very friendly. And breakfast buffet was good, kinda basic but good. However the room was less than desirable. The floor felt gritty and there was hair on the bathroom floor. There also was no extra tp, I had to go to the front desk to get some. ( One roll at a time). Had a good looking pool but it closed at either 8 or 9pm. I never got to use it. The hotel was in a very good area.

breakfast was zero. I took one look and walked out. Just waffles and white sliced bread. Bedroom floor was sticky. Room smelled but it was late so I didn't complain. Woke up in the middle of night with bad headache which I gert very seldom. I won't be staying at Quality again. The last time was when I was going up from Florida I stayed at a quality it was ok. I always stay at comfort or country. Price was the same.

Nothing The floor just before the bathroom was dirty. The room and bedding were damp.

Room was pretty clean and Max at the front desk was great. It’s just run-down - old and tired a/c units, pool wasn’t open/clean, etc. It’s fine for an affordable night or two.

Have stayed there several times over the years, getting totally round down. Will not stay there again.

Yo, the guy working the counter overnight. He was like a chill guy. I think he has longer hair. That guy rocks. He knew what he was doing and totally helped me check in very smoothly. Give that man a raise!
