The room was gross. The dresser was literally falling apart. Everything in the hotel was falling apart.

Ther were roaches crawling on the walls, floors and counter. Big group of people outside drinking beer.

Peeling paint in main areas such as entrance door, furniture. Although clean, it had a rundown look. Also not very soundproof.

Staff was very nice giving the facility issues that have to deal with. Property was not kept up it smelled bad on the floor we were first assigned to. There was mold in bathrooms. Atmospheres in the first room was not good which is probably why there was mold. The toilet overflowed into the room and had to go to another room which was a lot better . It seems like this property does not have adequate staff the front desk people do everything even housekeeping and maintenance stuff. The manager of the hotel came to stop the toilet on her day off. Please get them some help . Very nice staff and manager . But property needs a remodel and better upkeep. We had to cut our stay short my kids were very uncomfortable there were also roaches.

The smell in the room was so bad (chemical) that we had to turn off the A/C and open the window. There were (living) bugs and ants in the room and in the bathroom. The bathroom had mold in the bathtub and around the outside of the tub. There was no hair dryer. The drawers in the bureau were filthy. We decided to check out after only one night (of a planned three-day stay). The young ladies at the front desk were absolutely delightful, and when I asked for a refund of the two nights that I would not be there, it was immediately given. I greatly appreciated that. This facility had loud people, loud children, loud music, and loud engines taking off outside. It is tired and desperately needs updating. The ladies that were cleaning the floors when we checked out were doing a very good job and asked for a good recommendation, so I will give them that here. They were working hard. When I checked in at another hotel and mentioned where I had been and what had happened, the response was, "I had heard that about that hotel." That is not good to hear, so the reputation of this hotel is not good in the area, and it was over $100 per night. Honestly, I would call it the "no tell hotel" and cannot recommend it at this time. The is the first time I have ever left a hotel after only one night. I sincerely hope management refurbishes the hotel and turns it into something that is worth $100.

I did not stay here due to the pet fee. It was not as clear as it should've been that it would be a 250.00 fee, not a deposit.

Since this was a long term stay place. I thought it would have some silverware. I ordered doordash, didn't get silverware and the room didn't have any. Also was told there was ice cube trays in the freezer and there was not

Nothing There were bugs in my room. The hallways smelled so bad that whatever the smell was stuck to my hair.

Second room had cockroaches!!! Woke up and found dead cockroaches in the fridge and 3 got into my son’s milk bottles!!!! They said they’d have the manager call me but nobody called, nobody cared, and basically oh well too bad. So we wasted formula and that’s not cheap!!
