Hotel upkeep has deteriorated over the last few years

The hotel was quiet and conveniently located to the highway. I stop at this hotel as a layover at least once a year traveling from GA to CT and back. Great place to stay for a night!

Nothing Shower Water was ice cold , breakfast was terrible bed was very uncomfortable. Holes in curtains

Older economy hotel great deal for price. Great location, nice staff, a good night sleep. Shower/bathroom needs update but adequate. I recommend if your not royalty minded.

We love to stop here on our way to see our children. It is half and so convenient to 95. The staff is always cherry and helpful

The room was ok. Took forever for the shower & sink water to get hot. The pool was nasty. I don't know how often they clean it, but there was a yucky residue on my skin & it smelled of hair products. The breakfasts were good. But overall, its not worth the price & probably won't stay there again.

Room was clean enough but is not well-maintained. Scuffs and holes in the walls, missing wall decor, dirty curtains with holes in them, holes and scuffed and dirty hallway walls. No alarm clock or updates like usb outlets. The room air conditioning was nice and cold.

Passable

I stayed here for one night on my way to Maryland. Everything was clean the bed was comfortable it was nice and quiet. The shower gel bottle in the shower was empty but I always bring my own just in case. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Bathroom door didn't close, toilet valve leaking a huge puddle, bathroom vent fan not working

Exceptional

Room a little worn. Random metal plate screwed into wall in bathroom which might have gone to a hairdryer. Hairdryer now hanging on back of bathroom door. Carpet very worn. Headboard had a large gouge. Bedding was clean and mattresses was comfortable.

The location is central to everything we wanted to see in Fredericksburg the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only real complaint I had was the intake vent for the AC in the room was pretty dirty but the rest of the hotel was very clean and well kept.

Comfortable beds . I have a bad back . Friendly staff and good breakfast . This was our second time at the Fredericksburg location . We will stay here every time as our half way point between SC and NJ from now on . I would like updating to vinyl flooring

The staff was fantastic and it was very clean. The pool was a little shabby and said it was heated and it was not. The treadmill didn’t work.

Excellent location to Mary Washington Hospital, less than 10 mins. Carpets in the room were stained. Bed slept fine. Staff was extremely nice.

Needs some work not clean and instead of a welcome free bottle of water I was directed to buy a $4 bottle of water from the vending machine. Not clean not inviting. I wouldn’t stay there again.
