Amazing start yet again, this year visiting and every year will follow with a stay here, is the best!

The Hotel has always been my best one to reserve when visiting with family members for the last 10yrs or more. The staff was always friendly and the rooms were always kept up. This time I was very disappointed at the way the room that I was in. The lock on the bathroom door was not even on the door, the bathroom sink bowl was cracked from the top rim to the stopper. Never heard of only serving breakfast meat on certain days of the week, So on the weekend no meat. Now days most hotels have USB for electronics, but not there. Maybe its time for an upgrade. Parking was ok, Staff was ok. Hope things get better.

Staff and breakfast what i didn't like my carpet was soaking wet had to change rooms that room had an odor bathroom dirty carpet need cleaning walls dirty I cleaned bathroom with my own supplies I deserve some of my money back

Loved my stay

Stopped through Country Inn and Suites for a night while on my way down to OBX. I didn't get an opportunity to use many of the amenities as I arrived late and was up fairly early. Property was clean. The staff provided me cookies when I arrived. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. There were some stains on the carpet, probably from wear and tear. Nothing alarming though. Would recommend for those needing a place to stay.

Room and lobby were clean. Staff was present at breakfast to keep things stocked. Lots of parking. Hotel was spruced up since out last visit a year ago. Would stay again. Breakfast was good.

The room had pubic hair in the sheets the table had ketchup still on the table from the last Tenant there were wax I'm hoping it was waxed spilled all over the end table and the dust ruffle on the bed the bathroom had like a little sticker on the counter we asked him to clean the room again and when we came back that sticker was still in the same spot the room smelled really bad it smelled like smoke and animal urine the sheets the fitted sheet was ripped when we ask for another room they could not accommodate us however they gave us a spray to make the room smell better also there were other guests coming down with the same complaints we had I sent the letter to Chloe Miller the manager of the hotel she never responded never said anything to me in regards to our issues

Efficient and friendly staff

I booked the stay for my sister and her three grandchildren as a halfway point home. She said the room was clean and quiet. The pool was perfect and the buffet was great the next morning. I booked it based on other reviews and I guess it was a good fit.

Arrived at 1145pm. Was asked four times if I had a pet with me , considering the two of us had no pet in our possession. Got to room , there was a used feminine hygiene product item by the night stand , the night stand and lamp was covered with a sticky substance . A giant booger by our heads, gross . Went into bathroom , there was two hand towels and two bath mats. No I texted to the front desk after I got their text about if I needed anything. It went in answered. Called front desk , no one answered . Husband got redressed and went down “ no towels available, I’m working on laundry”. She found one towel for two people . We never did get towels. Husband and had to dry off next morning with two hand towels. Found out upon check out the texts go to the manager who is either off or sleeping and they don’t get the texts until they are on duty. Very dissatisfied, no one seemed to give two craps about no towels, pads and boogers….

There were no USB ports for charging in the room! This was very inconvenient, requiring a trip to near by Dollar tree for a wall outlet port.

Very nice lobby. Hall outside the room small hole in wall. Rooms in very tired condition. Stained carpets and drapes. MANY holes in the shades. Nice towels. Decent breakfast.

WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL. MY WIFE AND I SO ENJOYED ALL THE AMENITIES; VICTOR WAS THE MAINRENANCE PERSON WHO WENT BEYOND THECALL SEVERAL TIMES.

The staff was friendly and courteous, and the complimentary breakfast was average with a decent selection. We were only staying overnight while passing through, so we didn’t have the opportunity to use any of the hotel’s amenities.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. But there was no hot water and the lobby and hallways smelled like a vape parlor. You need to decide whether no smoking really means no smoking. The vape smeill is pervasive throughout the lobby and downstairs and our room was on second floor right above the stairs.

Room was clean, staff was great. Enjoyed our stay!

The property is older and it shows. The shower head was below my shoulders. At 5:30am there was no hot water.

The room was in poor condition. The property in general need a lot of TLC.
