the area was great for all your needs.

The hotel is old and in bad need of a remodel. We checked in late due to travel around 11pm and the room we were given smelled horrible. The tub needs a resurfacing. The carpets were filthy. If it were not so late and we had not already paid online I would have left. I can say out of all this the beds were comfortable. I paid for a suite with a pull out couch and was told they overbooked.

Older place needs complete redo. But was great for the price

Great place to stay for the price. Love the fresh cookies at check in and the breakfast that's included.

Great stay

Upon entering the hotel it seemed to be a place to party. The Hotel smelled like cigarettes. My daughter felt uncomfortable being in this hotel. Waited 10 minutes at front desk for staff to check us in. The hotel was extremely outdated annd smelled. Asked staff at desk to refund hotel room and they refused to refund hotel through Expedia. I would strongly discourage anyone to stay in this hotel. I have stayed at country inn and suites before this was by far the worst.

Hot tub That I couldn't stay longer
-
Accommodations need to be remodeled badly! Take up those nasty carpets in the rooms (entire building), bath tub plumbing need addressing (remodel bathrooms and TV should offer YouTube, Amazon Prime and Netflix when you’re in your room you would want premium channels.

Good breakfast Could not get into our room until 6:30 because it was still being cleaned, carpet was filthy, sofa bed was stained and in desperate need of a replacement, ceiling light did not work and room was very dark. No hot water in shower

Everything was good except the suite had the sitting room with pull out sofa rhat was ripped, filthy, and just "springs," left in mattress..totally a waste of extra bed.

Welcoming and chatty check-in. Took a couple of tries to get a working key card, and moved from 2nd to 3rd floor due to smell of cigarettes. Vinyl curtain was in bad shape (see picture). Bedsheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Chair and carpets had visible staining. Tub didn't drain well and had rust-colored staining, but felt clean. Breakfast was fine with some hot food options. It's about what I'd expect for the cost; not a place you'd vacation at, but clean and affordable.

I liked the location. It is an older facility, but it is being kept up.

I liked the location of the hotel. I like that it was plenty of parking and the outdoor seating out front made it look homey. The staff was nice. I did not like that did not have towels at the pool. The pool was ice cold that we could not even use it. The floor in the room had stains on it. My comforter had stains and was yellowish in color. The bed felt damp. The tv was small and the dresser that it was on was disgusting. Kids were running around late at night being extra loud.

There wasn’t a Bible in our room.
-
Left glasses & car keys in room. 5 phone calls to find person who could mail them to us. Do realize weather isn't fault of hotel...but it was frustrating after driving 6 hours.
-
Outdated in side but the country look. Only two sets of towels

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Entering the side door closest to our room was like walking into a chemical factory, you simply couldn't breath in there. At one point when we came back from dinner, my child had to run down the hall to our room because the hall was just thick with weed smell. The business center printers were both down. there were no directions to connect, and even if there were, both had toner lights flashing indicating that they may not have worked anyway. The front desk staff did not have any information at all about how to use the machines. There was an 800 number to call, but no indications of hours that number would be staffed or if they would be able to actually provide support. Other hotels I have stayed at had clear instructions printed out near the printers, and when you wiggle the mouse of the business center computer, even more instructions come up.

Rene was wonderful! Very helpful and accommodating when I added several days to my stay. She answer all my questions with a friendly smile every time I went to the front desk.
