Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Fredericksburg

Very nice place.

This hotel was spacious and well-maintained. The doors were secured after hours to prevent unauthorized perdon from entering. The bed was comfortable, and the shower hot. The only thing disappointing was the breakfast.The hotel needs more choices.

Clean room

The front desk personnel exhibited a dismissive and unprofessional demeanor toward both myself and other guests. Upon entering my designated non-smoking room, I noted a strong odor of marijuana, which caused me physical discomfort. When I returned my key an hour after dinner, the staff member tersely informed me that reentry would be prohibited. To avoid a potential confrontation, I chose not to contest the matter and departed the premises. I would never return or refer anyone else.

Great place, location, had laundry room, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

This property is clean and well maintained and our room was spacious and comfortable. Having a kitchenette and full size refrigerator/freezer was a great asset as we were on a road trip and this convenience made a big difference to us.

Clean cozy room

Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant experience checking in, the staff member that was on shift (on 09/16/26 at 9:30) was rather arrogant, on top of that our room was not cleaned properly and had several stains on the covers.

250 Dollar deposit for 1 night. Rooms are clean

It was comfortable. A great location modern looking. Clean. It’s petty but the faucets are too short and you are rubbing your hands against the rim of the bowl to wash

The room was ok The room was OK again, but the staff the cleaning person walked in my room unannounced and the front desk lied about why she walked in my room tried to say she knocked, but she didn’t knock. She just walked in the room and walked back out trying to get away like it wasn’t her later to find out. It was one of the cleaning person did admit, she opened that door and backed up back back out. My daughter was not dressed, and it scared her when she went to look out the door to see who it was, and that cleaning person walked out the opposite room across the hall that it was actually her who opened the door and didn’t close the back. I feel we are all more than an apology. I was very upset and scared until we went on a head and left a hour early before checkout time but we did call the police on them and we do have a report number for you as well and the police officer said your hotel gets a lot of complaints about that front desk disrespecting people.

The facility was excellent for a one night stay. The only issue is the breakfast. It was really quite inadequate and disappointing. Everything else was perfect.

The manager was very rude for no reason she asked my son and I to leave on our second day there. When I asked why she couldn’t even look or give me a good explanation. The cops was called as well the cops told us just to make sure we didn’t cause any problems (they were nice though). One cop told my son they are always getting called to this property. The manager called the cops on someone the night before as well. The manager did tell my son too much in and out. How can you tell someone to stay inside there room we were there with our dog and my son did not go in out like that so I was definitely confused and pissed. I went to wipe up some water off the bathroom floor and the towel was black. My main concern was how rude the manager was for no apparent reason. I wish I would’ve checked out the reviews before I booked the room. The manager at the Fredericksburg location has so many bad reviews I don’t see how she still has a job there. A lot or of people are currently going to court because they didn’t get there deposit because she lied on them. Her complaints go back a year,I will never step foot in that hotel ever again!!

Efficient personnel. Reserved King size bed. Room 206 had a Queen size bed.
