Hilton Garden Inn Fredericksburg

lobby is under construction, high noise levels and dirt. Ice machines on most floors gone. I’ve stayed at this hotel in past and will never again.

Check in was easy despite the construction and the employees were super friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the bed. We had a king size bed that felt like lying on a board and the pillows were stiff. The air conditioning cooled down the road quickly. The bathroom was clean.

The only thing I would really take points off for was the construction going on in the lobby (no noise just stuff everywhere) and the "indoor pool" which was basically a giant tub. Super friendly staff everything was really clean and the rooms were nice.

Place was fine. Wasn’t aware of construction in the Lobby. And our room could’ve been cleaner.

If a Property is under renovation it should be listed as such. Even number rooms face I95, a major highway and could hear road noise all night. Stay was a major disappointment!

There was a lot of maintenance going on pool cold and verry small like 10 people filled it so it was not worth the price a Budweiser was $8.00 please

The hotel has helpful staff, attentive and kind people

One of the staff that looked like a possible manager was staring at my underage daughter that made my wife and daughter feel very uncomfortable.

Room was spotless and the desk staff are super friendly. Renovation is going on so the parking lot has a lot of construction equipment. Hard to find a place to park. Still would recommend

Under major construction. Even the lawn was not cut. Side door would not close automatically -safety concern. Not disclosed when booking. Stay elsewhere until construction is complete. Staff did the best they could.

Room was outdated. Bathroom had no AC vent so was significantly hotter than the rest of the room. Internet was slow. Hotel was under construction but no info on that when booking. Charge extra for parking which is ridiculous and breakfast is extra. Staff weren’t particularly friendly. Lots of options in that area, I would not stay there again.

Si vous avez un animal, informez vous du prix avant c’est 75$USD et vous avez des frais de 7$/nuit en plus pour le stationnement. Si c’était mentionné, c’était bien caché.
