Spark by Hilton Fredericksburg Southpoint

Had to take an accessibility room since it was only one available at the time. Room was clean but I missed having a chair to sit in. Went to desk and they allowed a chair from the breakfast area to be taken. Maybe having a folding chair would be good. Breakfast selection was limited but good. Great coffee. Front desk staff were available and very helpful. Second time staying here and will return.

Convenient location. Clean and rooms were well maintained. I’m used to a more welcoming atmosphere so this was a little sterile. No exercise room and really no amenities to speak of. It was an ok place but probably won’t stay again

The only bad thing I could say which didn’t affect my overnight stay was whoever decorated the building What were you thinking? When I walked into the lobby all I could think of was department store bargain basement.

The hotel is centrally located to restaurants. It was very clean. It took me a bit to fall asleep because of a barking dog but other than that it was great.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I was dissapointed with the breakfast. The sélection was quite limited, and the quality didn^t my expectations. I was hoping for more variety and fresher options, espacially considering the overhall standard of the hôtel.

Spark By Hilton Fredericksburg Southpoint was recently remodeled several years ago. The hotel is clean, quiet, and smells fresh. The room and beds are comfortable and the hotel is a great choice. The hotel staff is friendly and provide excellent customer service. There are several great choices of restaurants nearby. Some restaurants within walking distance. NA

The staff was able to provide an early checkin, which was fantastic.

Everything was very clean and organized; I will definitely stay here again.

Had an overnight stay and the Spark was a nice, clean, and comfortable hotel and the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely will stay again when traveling the I95 corridor.
