The location was near everything I needed. They have roaches bad!!!! I asked to switch rooms & was only provided the option of switching to a smoking room (which I booked a non-smoking room). No refund or anything was provided to help ease the fact I paid of $400 to sleep with bugs!!! Extremely disappointed and unacceptable. I will never book this hotel again. They seriously need to exterminate the ENTIRE building or knock it down and start over because roaches were everywhere. I even heard other people had BED BUGS in there room.

Reasonable price The facility seems to cater to medium- and long-term stays. We booked here for the kitchenette, but it was not equipped so as to make it possible for two people to prepare and eat a meal. There was noise all night from the highway outside.

Booked non smoker room and was told they only had smoking rooms, we are currently displaced from our home and this was not what we booked or expected we are currently waiting for a refund for our 2 night stay

The beds were too hard

The bed was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette lacked basic utensils. The glassware consisted of one disposable coffee cup. Probably will not stay again.

NA Checkin and the assignment of my first room. The first assigned room on the 4th floor was not efficient to stay in. The second assigned room was decent.

On my travel day, hotel called me that due to no room availability they canceled my reservation which I already paid for and received confirmation. This hotel management is unprofessional with unreliable services.

I like the recliner in the room. My 83-year old mother sometimes finds the chair more comfortable to sleep in. Additional charges on my card twice. Not $10-$20. Hundreds of dollars. The manager said Booking.com charged me the wrong rate.

The towels are rather thin. There is a ton of construction going on where the hotel faces Rt 1. It is also very difficult to depart the hotel parking lot since it is right in front of the freeway on-ramp. It took me about 6-7 minutes just to dart in front of the cars in order to depart. Not an easily accessible location.

I’m so pissed my dad traveled from Jersey to visit for the weekend I booked this hotel due to high volume of travelers everywhere was sold out, thinking this was one of the newer hotels it was great. Wrong idea my dad woken up the next morning with bed bugs sleeping with him and bit up. I would never book this trash place again

The location was perfectly fine right off the highway next to a gas station that we needed and it was close to our event. There was no clear sign to show where the front of the business was. We drove around the entire building to find the entrance. The room I booked a double room was giving away to someone else. We were forced to get a roll away caught. My other friend book herself a separate room that night. The rooms weren't clean the carpet was dirty. Front desk could not explain to us why. They said there was no staff. Try to reason manager on the phone she was not helpful.
