Days Inn by Wyndham Yosemite Area

Rooms are not maintained holes in walls, insects. I booked for 2 nights but left the day after. Gunshots, screaming, and yelling throughout the night. Do not bring children there not safe whatsoever. I requested for a 1 night refund. Not sure if that will happen. Absolutely disgusting

Well the only nice part was the front desk she was nice in the beginning but the room was a little dirty and the staff were not helpful at all the breakfast was the most disappointing part of all I went to breakfast at 8:30 it stops at 9 and the lady didn’t speak English was rude and Sayed it over I was like their still time why would you say till 9 and not make sure the food was their for your guests I know I wasn’t the only one either I asked the front desk she then said I’m sorry and didn’t help so that’s why I say she was helpful upfront but overall very disappointed I will not be back it was just a little upsetting

Clean, convenient location Breakfast was served until 9am, but shortly after 8am they were out of most of the items and said that no more available.

I didn't like having to give them a $200 deposit. I've never had to do that anywhere ever! I worried all night about getting it back and did not get a good night's sleep. The girl at the front desk handled my angst very well and kept her smile.

Breakfast was reasonable, we arrive late, lots of road work around Fresno. There are 2 establishments with the same name. The other one was more raunchy. Anyway, hotel was close 2 Sequoia/Kings Canyon entrance, and the price was right! WiFi reception was poor, probably had 2 do with our room location. Ground floor, left corner, behind a stair case!

I’m absolutely loved to get out of there environment. Shitty service, rooms had no fridge and the tv would not work. There employees. Rude, disrespectful, the complimentary breakfast was undercooked and they even sit an employee in the breakfast room to do nothing but sit on her ass for 3 hours as she watches you like a hawk. Very unwelcoming. Will not rent here if I am in Fresno .

Found parking easily except one night. The room wasn't clean when we went in. We requested towels and never received them, so we had to go to the desk and they told us if we stole them we'd be charged $50 for each towel. Also the 4 person room came with 2 body towels, one hand towel, and one washcloth, so double check before you shower. Breakfast is a joke, they run out of food within the first hour and don't restock. The AC was not on in the room the day we got in, so the room was hotter than the 98 degrees it was outside. There was no cold water which would have been fine if there wasn't a heatwave and we wanted a cold shower. We requested the room be serviced during our 6 night stay and never received it, meaning no fresh towels, no trash taken out, no room amenities restocked, having to go to the front desk to request anything we needed, etc. We tried to as housekeeping for towels and were told "No, you have plenty." This is when we had 2 body towels in a 4 person room. . . Any time we asked housekeeping for anything (when we could find them), we were told no and made it feel like we were interrupting their cellphone time. The wi-fi worked fine for one night then wouldn't reconnect.

Nothing. They sit and watch you while eating breakfast - like a hawk. The lady’s that worked there were hostile towards our family! Needless to say I wouldn’t return!

Noting Management was not friendly. Check in and out was a disaster. The counter people seem incompetent and job future feel neglected. There breakfast in “complimentary” at there demand on how much you can have.

I was able to park my car by my room, being nervous it would be broken into. They allowed people to be so loud after hours.. playing loud music, banging on the walls, people working on their cars .. they had infestation of bugs, sheets and towels had stains. Holes in the walls.

They had a complimentary breakfast and an ice machine but the staff was rude about what and how much you get! Very unwelcoming. There linens were dirty upon arrival, towels included. ALL of the staff were rude. Would not recommend. Constantly having problems. Unenjoyable while trying to be productive and relaxed.

Unfortunately I didn’t like much besides checking out .. I didn’t like the fact I was put in a room with no fridge when I was told I had one according to booking. My tv did not work and when I brought it to the attention of management I belittled like it was my fault for accepting the room. The office staff was rude!!

Helpful staff but the place itself is not very well kept. Nice breakfast.

The front desk lady was very pleasant Location is on a busy and loud street. The bed covers had stains in almost every room. Shower area did not drain properly so you were standing in puddle of water while showering. Lastly, went to breakfast at 8:30am, but everything was gone even though breakfast is served until 9am. Hotel staff would did not want to resupply food, so we just ate toast.

We stayed just one night but doesn't mean that the can give to us the room with the badness air conditioner. The weather was soo hot and AC didn't work properly 😫. The room gets good temperature around 2 AM in the morning 🙃.
