Studio 6 Fresno, CA - Extended Stay

They charged me a second time for the same fee as booking.com. I have contacted customer. Have not received a refund. Rooms was clean but in poor condition. Water damage, door security damaged; cigarette burns in sheets; stains on towels; uncomfortable memory foam mattress; grounds sidewalks and car stalls stained; 6 abandoned cars and/or vagrants sleeping inside. Front desk a serious language barrier; no late check out.

we check in and went to our room and questionable people were sitting on the hinging on he balcony and was watching us the whole time and i told my husband that i was not getting out the car and we went back to the office and told the rude man that checked us in that we were staying and wanted a full refund. he told us no see the company for it and walked away.very rude from first we checked in and checked out. never will we go on a computer again very mis leading

No breakfast available.

It looks and feels like homeless shelters. So many people smoking outside.The pillows are so old and flats. The floor is sticky. Everything are so old and no updates whatsoever. We also found cockroach nymphs crawling at the middle of the night.

The staff was unprofessional and not friendly at all. They did not greet me upon arrival. I stood 5 feet away when I walked in and the two gentlemen sat there and ignored me until I engaged in checking in. The property was dirty. It doesn’t look like they take pride in their business of hospitality.

Property needs a Remodel

They cancelled my reservation then made me get a new one at $30 higher than what I booked. The room had cockroaches and the tub leaked so we couldn’t ise the bathroom. They deactivated the key at 9 am when check out was at 11am. Horrible experience

Location was not the best

Everything, Room was VERY dirty and unkept, door locks were broken. I was afraid for my life that someone or something will break in and steal if not rob and kill my family. There were crackheads, dope dealers, homeless roaming around the whole facility.

The place is just to getto lots of activities going on there

Noisy, very dirty. Bathroom had hairs from at least 6 different types. Matrass gave both of as backache. People from the hood chit-chat outside to midnight. Rooms smoked through out. Basically shety hole.

Morning an afternoon staff is extremely nice and the disabled rooms were perfect for my mom's electric wheelchair

I was supposed to pay at the desk and I steady they charged my card and I wasn't able to travel cuz I didn't have money on my card..

To sleep in peace I was goid

If we weren’t just literally laying our heads there for the night, I’d have made a bigger deal. Just not worth the money at all in my opinion. Do better!

The WHOLE parking lot is FILTHY OF ANIMAL AND HUMAN WASTE...IT FOLLOWS YOU BACK TO YOUR ROOM AND TUB...MY RESERVATION WAS NOT FULFILLED AND HAD 2 ROOM CHANGES...NO REFRIGERATOR NO INTERNET CONNECTION WAS OUTSIDE OF MY ROOM...CONVICTS GALOR...
