Bathroom is clean. The A/C is running well at acceptable noise level that we could sleep well throughout the night. Breakfast is okay, nothing fancy but we understand that with food prices right now, the hotel has to do whatever to survive financially! The little fridge does help with left overs from lunch and dinner! Staff is very good, friendly and respectful! If we stop by Fresno, we'll absolutely stay at this hotel again. Thanks so much to all!

Super clean, the staff was very friendly.

Only complaint was that the parking was somewhat limited, but we stayed overnight for Boots in The Park so that was to be expected with the high number of people at the hotel.
