Private area isolated close to the highway. Staff was helpful had forgot I was apart of IHG rewards she gladly looked up my info and honored my rewards points.

The air conditioning was amazing! With the hot weather outside, it kept the room cool and comfortable all day and all night. Highly appreciated! Our room door was difficult to open. We notified the front desk, but the staff member told us that it seemed to be the same issue with all of the rooms. The bathroom sink drain was also clogged, so it took a while for the water to drain after using the sink.

The ac was very slow, the room for for 6 even though we had 5 and the ac struggled very much to get cold until after we went to bed.

I like the location. Its a little bit of a walking distance from the handicap parking to elevator.

Everything was great. Showers can use a little better cleaning. Breakfast on day 2 they didn’t put food out for 1hr and by that time they put something out breakfast was ending

The window in our room was cracked and the blinds didn’t work.

This was my final stay. No one is ever at the front desk to help with questions or check-in. This has also happened in previous stays so seems like they are chronically understaffed. It took a long time to refill breakfast items that had run out. The two garbage bins during breakfast time were overflowing on both days of our stay.

Very nice room clean safe area comfortable staff for ice. Breakfast was great really nice staycation.

The carpet in our room wasn't very clean, and the shower had pink and black mold that needed cleaning. The floor of the shower was so slippery that I fell in the shower, and luckily my head just missed the lower shelf or it could've been lights out for me. I have never fallen in any shower, so that kind of shook me up. The next day, I told the young gal at the desk that I fell, and she just looked at me blankly, saying NOTHING...I was like, but please don't worry, I'm okay. Asked for a bath mat and got one. The night we checked in, our remote control didnt work, so we had to wait til the next day for the maintenance guy to come by and fix it.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, but we arrived on Thursday afternoon, our room wasn't cleaned on Friday. I had to ask for it to be done on Saturday. It was also not cleaned again on Sunday so we only had clean towels once during our stay. Checked out Monday am. Not good.
