Everything was excellent breakfast, location and staff.

This is a budget hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and in great condition. Everything worked, including the AC. Fridge and microwave but no coffee maker in the room. Buffet breakfast included some hot dishes. Despite proximity to the highway, the room was quiet and we slept well. Desk clerk was smiling, friendly and very accommodating. Walking distance to Kaiser Permanente Medical Center. Very happy with the experience.

Carpets in rooms are very dirty.

Alas, change has come, would have preferred a coffee maker in room it comes with cups and condiments but they have replaced all that with an excellent coffee machine in lobby with fresh grind single cups with options for decaf and hot water for tea, 24 /7. Also, not a big deal but breakfast isn’t available after 9:30, a bummer for us late risers,
