There was Noone at the front desk so we waited outside for 40 minutes and it was past midnight.

The staff remains extremely polite. However, the cleanliness is just not there. The room I stayed in didn’t have a working refrigerator, not a full set of towels, hair EVERYWHERE, but the nail in the coffin for me was the mass roach infestation. I wasn’t able to sleep because the roaches were crawling on the walls. Falling onto the ground. And they kept trying to climb the bed while I was trying to sleep.

Our stay was very disappointing. The room was dirty upon arrival—there were no towels, toiletries, or even toilet paper. The counters were dirty with hair on them, and the room smelled musty and felt very stuffy. We had to request clean linens because we weren’t confident the ones provided were clean. The property looked much better online than it does in person. Even the staff told us the property is declining under new ownership and recommended staying elsewhere, saying they’ve been giving the same advice to other guests. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

When we arrived, the lobby attendant was on break - no problem. There were two workers smoking cigarettes right next to the lobby door, one ended up getting the maintenance/housekeeping cart and walking away with it, still holding the cigarette. The lobby attendant was helpful, explaining charges and making sure we saw them on her end. She gave us the room card and explained where our room was. When we approached the room, the card reader wasn’t working and didn’t show green, so we went back to the lobby. She reset the card, and gave advice on how to try the door if it gets stuck. We went back to the room, and it took about 3-5 minutes of swiping to get the green light, and then we could enter the room. The room itself, wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. There were dead bugs and dirt behind a chair in the corner, the bathroom door had dried red/brown liquid splattered on it on both sides, the bathroom didn’t have bath towels or toilet paper. We only needed to sleep, and we got back to the hotel after the lobby had closed to get these items. Probably won’t stay in another hotel in this chain again.

Overall good

The staff were very nice. We only stayed one night and didn’t need anything fancy. Just a nice, safe place with easy freeway access and a good price. Mission accomplished.

When I did return to check in, the young girl was helpful enough and even gave me an extra towel when I told her there were no pillow cases on the pillows. If you like roaches on the floor and crawling up the walls you might enjoy your stay here, otherwise I might suggest you stay anywhere else but here.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The entire room was FILTHY. Sheets, floor, restroom all dirty. Booked hotel for hospital recovery and it was HORRIBLE

Found dead roaches on the floor as well as live ones, no towels in the bathroom, you have to wait for towels to be washed hours you after you check in, front desk staff is never available. Office door is always locked with a sign saying, "Front desk closed for lunch"

We barely got into our room before I went back down to the office and cancelled our reservation - As we opened the door to the room on the third floor with NO ELEVATOR, we were blasted by the smell of marijuana and the neighbor room's cat litter box. The room was dingy, banged up, dark, nothing like the pictures, dirty, and smelly. We dragged our bags right back to the car. The front desk clerk was very quiet and said almost nothing on check in, then didn't even apologize or offer another room when I went back in. He did refund my room fee with no questions. Went to another place to stay.

I did not like anything. Shower had black mold, TV did not work, carpets stained and filthy, looked like the ceiling ventilation had an electrical issue as vent was black and melted. My brother’s room initially had someone else’s stuff, including turtles in a tub of water. He was given another room which was worse. Blood splatter on the wall as if a crime scene. Sheets disgusting. Felt he was staying in cell block D, as neighboring people were fighting all night. If you want to get out with your life, stay somewhere else.

Dog poop so bad I smelled it every time the door was opened. The floor was so dirty I cleaned a small section the rag was black. No large bath towels or a blanket.

The room did not have hot water, it contained a really bad odor of cigarette and there were cockroaches coming from the HVAC unit. My family and I decided to leave to a nearby hotel.
