The bathroom wasn’t very clean, hair in the tub. The room smelled like a bottle or perfume exploded . Usually recommend this hotel, but not anymore. It is a safer location than others but that’s it

Excellent customer service. Very helpful in helping when date of stay needed changed. One thing I was not noticed about was an additional $100 (No refundable) charge above the original paid to Expedia for my service dog. Very clean and maintained property. Staff Very helpful and friendly.

Everything was clean , it was comfortable and a great location for my doctors appointment, food , shopping , etc. it was quiet and a no hassle for my dog to stay with me. I will definitely stay again when I need a room in this area.

My room, facing the freeway, was noisy.

Also, I had an issue after extending my stay. I checked with the front desk to make sure everything was set. She assured me it was. When I tried to enter room I was locked out. So, I was a little annoyed I wasn't told I had to do anything else. Other than that, we had a fabulous stay, well worth the money. We will definitely stay there again when we visit family.
