Quality Inn Fresno Near University

The hole in the bathroom sink had nets flying out .I had to put a washcloth to hold the nets fron flying out.

A nice little find in Fresno. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

I liked the microwave and fridge. But the microwave broke on me. The breakfast was standard. Not terrible, not great. Updated rooms. Bed was comfy

the air conditioning was extremely noisy and the beds were hard to sleep on.

The area very quiet The lobby sound that contiously rang when someone would be going in and out.

The bed was super comfortable The room was sooooo hot when we checked in, and we had to go to the front desk for them to give us access to the A/C. There was water damage in the ceiling in the bathroom and above the desk. The shower head was so dirty. There were people smoking crack in the stair well.

nothing There were roaches the table tops/ nightstand was dirty. The place looked run down. Horrible I might have to make a few city phone calls to check this place out.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel host was really attentive. She understood why we were there as she helped in anyway she could however the room was subpar meaning the amenities were that more of a motel on a Los Angeles St. strip versus a quality hotel I was expecting a little more from the aesthetics, there were appliances, falling off the wall. It looked like it had been flooded in there last night. I did find two bugs. One was a big roach. One was a little roach. I’m sure they found the big roach when they cleaned up because he was up under the top of the ice bucket. The little one I killed shower ride was falling off the wall. It looked like they had used it to clean their painting utensils so the counters were it needed to be updated. It just wasn’t and then they were updating some of the other units and it really smelled of paint fumes or some type of chemical that was being used in the building. The breakfast was for I would say vegetarian only no eggs no sausage just a waffle maker that was leaking and not very much to choose from but again the staff was really nice. Would not recommend nor will I be staying there again?

As soon as we entered the room, we saw a giant roach crawling across the floor. The rooms are outdated. The hotel is in serious need of renovation. It was supposedly a three star hotel, but was really a one star hotel.

Only one staff, it takes time to check. The room smells something like a ols carpet that is not cleaned.

The staff was very helpful and the room was in a good and clean condition

Great place if you are looking for a place to sleep. The only complaint I had was the shower pressure was low. Other than that great stay I was there for my kids tournament all weekend.
