Went here for a quick family trip, and the hotel was very clean. Customer support was amazing. Everything was pretty good, though the included breakfast could have been a little bit better (but it wasn't terrible).

Easy location for travel. Bathroom was dirty, floor, shower, sink. Towels were thin rags, although none had holes in them. It looked better in the photos online.

Honestly nothing . It’s always been our go to hotel when traveling unfortunately there was very rude staff considering that my reservations were cancelled and I had to rebook and settle for what was available .

I would rate every staff member I interacted with at a 10. So nice and well trained. They were the best part of my stay. The "King Suite" at $233.00? It shouldn't be called a suite. It was really small and unimpressive with no distinct separation of the living and sleeping areas. And on the hottest day of 2026 the pool was closed without any notification prior to check-in.
