,room was clean amenities need work like towels and furniture I did not like when the manager called because he did not like first review more or less my complaints were not his fault.

It a safe place to stay, the staffs are very professional and helpful.

good place as a solo traveler and this place is clean.

The staff at the reception desk were great; Very knowledgeable and professional. The room was clean - parking was available and safe. The new staff have considerably improved the feeling of safety or overall cleanliness. The rooms were quiet. The new staff needs to be commended in cleaning up the facility. Much safer feeling. The drug addicts and homeless seem to have gone elsewhere. Thank you

Good clean stay next to restaurants.

No tv reception today, was terrible trying to watch a out of tuned cable.m..leaking toilet....A LOBBY THAT WAS NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE MALE DESK CLERK'S ACCENT OF INDIA...SORRY, BUT I CANNOT EVEN HEAR ENGLISH...

There were bugs in the bed the bed had obviously been slept in the room was not clean there was mold on the walls and the “stove was in parts on the counter When I called the office to get my money back they told too bad and to deal with it Stay away from here

Would not stay there ever again

Very disappointed and the room was extremely dirty. Cigarette smoke, bedding was dirty.

My room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

It was in a great location close to a lot of stores. They closed off the ice machine at 9 pm, so if I wanted any ice or anything from the vending machine I could not get it.

I understand mistakes happen, but it created an unnecessarily frustrating experience and is something I think should be addressed more clearly for future guests.

Location Poor quality linens and towels.disrespectful guest. No iron, blow dryer.

Price Better up keep, mostly outside but some issues inside as well. Lots of homeless people loitering on the property. Leaving trash everywhere

There was NO BREAKFAST

Nothing. Overpriced junky hotel. Motel 6bis better, cleaner, safer, and they won't try and rip you off. Being accused of having a cat when I didn't. Then being accused of having kitty litter in the room when I didn't. They kept part of my deposit which I I had to fight them for to get back. Liars, crooks. You are better off staying somewhere else.
