Hotel Piccadilly

The room wasn’t as clean as it should be, with some hair in bathroom and food crumbs behind and under furniture. Room also had a faint smoky smell when walking in. Exercise room isn’t great, with a faulty equipment. Breakfast was good, and bed was also fine. Air conditioning worked well and the room was quiet.

Everything was okay and pretty standard. They were a bit understaffed but still able to help us when we had any issues with the rooms.

The restuarant Tapas is not free but delicious with exceptional service and food.

The room is bit outdated, the bath water is cold...

Great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Juana was awesome with making sure I had what I needed for my room. The rooms are very outdated. If they updated the rooms it would be a really cute hotel. I love the layout. I usually stay for the breakfast but didn’t make it this time. My last few times staying here the breakfast was great. One of the reasons I stay here.

Room was clean and breakfast was really good.

Staff was nice but room didn’t have a microwave. I was under the impression room had a microwave. Come to find out it was just certain rooms. I wouldn’t have booked if this information was more clear on hotels.com. Low water pressure. Pool and jacuzzi were separate from each other divided by a parking lot. Pretty odd. Good breakfast.

Great customer service and very quiet

The coffee tray has no coffee and the coffee maker didn’t work. The tv remote control didn’t work.

The staff working upfront was accommodating and kind. The only thing I would say is that they should empty the trash cans around the outer buildings more often as trash was piled up on the ground around them, but I stay here all the time and I enjoy the hotel very much.

It was definitely a more old fashioned hotel, but it was still really nice and a comfortable stay!

Nice place. A bit older but well maintained with nice central green and nice restaurant/bar.

My husband found what appeared to be possible animal feces in his coffee at breakfast. Would we stay here again next time we are in Fresno? Probably not, but I won’t dissuade anyone from going. It’s ts an acceptable property.

The room was very large and comfortable. I liked all the greenery and flowers around the property. The pool was clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would suggest switching up the breakfast menu occasionally, especially over the weekend. Location was great,

Excellent location to the best restaurant Annex Kitchen. The pillows were flat. Other than that it was perfect. So plan to come back.

Large buffet breakfast was very nice.
