Parking confusing but once understood that the property next to it was an affiliated property then it made sense.

Close to freeway Parking was kinda of confusing

The bed was very comfortable. Walls were filthy dirty and made us feel very uncomfortable to stay there for more than one night when we planned to stay for 3 nights — we ended up leaving after the first night. The neighborhood was shady and fed into the uneasiness that we felt after checking in. There is no access to the parking lot at Formosa, you have to check in and park at Garden Inn.

Could of been better if i hadn't found a that's amphetamine pipe along with a syringe needle in a eye glass case hidden under the ironing board fabric, that i found when i went to iron my pants for my nieces wedding, that i might add also happened in front of my brother in-law who was visiting with me at the time in my room.

The location to highway 99 Breakfast was started to late and very small selection of food

Nothing The fact that their maid has no communication skills and barged into our room unannounced and then proceeded to runaway and try to hide. The room 203 doesn't have any security to properly lock the door so I had to put a chair in front of the door. If I hadn't done that then she would have really gotten a true show. Even the staff apologized to my husband and assured him that we would be completely compensated. When we called Monday morning to speak to the manager he became irate and only offered to pay us 15 dollars. He finally agreed to reimburse us for the price of the room as long as we didn't book there again. But then when we showed up to sign for the reimbursement he completely refused and once again became irate and beligerent. We are now trying to find the owners of the property to inform them of the low class individual that they have as a manager.

I was not given a room, even though I booked a reservation on Booking.com when I arrived they said they were all full. The guy working reception (keps) would not answer the phone. He answered the phone once then wouldn’t answer after that. We called more than 20times and he admitted to just letting it ring. All we wanted was a refund. Terrible customer service from keps

Extra lock on door was broken

It’s very old, you have to get in and check in from an adjacent hotel which wasn’t said in the reservation, so when I got there my first thought was that the Inn I booked was closed and I had to call them. It’s also not very clean, and the hot water doesn’t work.

?? eggs , bagels , sausage , coffee , dry cereal The crowd , waiting . That's all .

The staff and and you can walk to " in and out burger" LOL

It felt unsafe. The room itself lacked a secondary lock, the smoke detector was not functioning - it had the wires sticking out w/o a battery. The chair cushions were badly stained. There was a drain in the bathroom floor w/o a cover over it. The room seriously needs to be upgraded.

Unfortunately on the booking. Com app that we reserved our stay. It said nothing about a 100 dollar deposit. We weren't prepared for this but the staff understood our unique situation and we came to a happy medium. The only thing that I had an issue with was my husband kept trying to get a hold of someone at the front desk for our shower head but no one ever answered.

Traffic and road closures between golden state and hwy99 and the railroad tracks . Got stuck at train tracks like seems like 20minutes very frustrating.
