The second floor rooms are very nice Originally I was on the second floor but when I walked off the elevator it smelled like animals and urine my room was well put together but I asked to be moved because of the smell and they moved me to the first floor it wasn’t as nice as the room on the second floor

Great experience, staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. We did have trouble with the key opening the 2nd floor stairway door but luckily a staff member was there to let us in. The pool was cute too, we just wished it was heated!

Near In-n-out, literally walking distance. Third floor. Ice machine broken. Lighting was minimal, one was broken. TV was constantly cutting out and the remote had no batteries. Breakfast ends too early. Was over by the time we woke up at 9am.

It was ok for just an overnight stay, outdated, receptionist said park close because homeless break windows lol. Not bad but also not great. Could use some love on outside of building.

It’s in the corner area closest to freeway… very quiet area … very clean and pleasant place to stay for vacation visits… price should be reasonable however overall i enjoy staying there

The staff is friendly. Greeted with very friendly conversation. Staff listens to concerns, but realize they can't solve several of the issues. Please avoid this hotel and definitely DO NOT check into this hotel with children or wife. The room I stayed in (Room 101) of this hotel is roach infested, had a broken ironing board, the wake up call never occurred, both key cards stopped working on the second day, and the breakfast is bad (no eggs, no breakfast meat, juice machine not working properly). I saw at least 4 roaches in this room, which scramble whenever you turn on the bathroom lights. It appears they're coming from the wall directly behind the toilet. I felt something crawling on my face in the middle of the night while I was asleep. When I woke up the following morning, there was a large dead cockroach near the entrance of the bathroom door, which I took photos and showed the front desk. The front desk Supervisor, said she could not issue a refund because I booked the room through booking.com. I can't believe they refused to give me a refund! I had to keep all of my items on the bed in fear of the roaches crawling into my clothes and luggage. As I mentioned, please avoid this hotel. Worst experience ever at a hotel.

The outside looked ok The rug carpets were dirty, dusty, smelling and stinky especially the one upstairs was the worse. The carpet in the room too is old, dirty, and smells There were mosquitoes at the lobby area

Breakfast was a disaster. The website stated that it was a buffet breakfast. They only provided a few pastries, toast and waffles. There seemed to be a problem with the water supply to the coffee makers and the juice machine, so the coffee was minimal and very weak, there was only juice concentrate so they shut the machine off. We expected eggs and some sort of meat with the breakfast. It was very disappointing. There are a few things they could do better. This particular hotel is off of our list for places to stay.
