The property was clean and the staff was great. The location was terrible. It was next to a railroad and the trains were nonstop. Also a car wash opened at 8am and closed at 10pm. I wish that I could give it a better review but you can't change the location of the inn.

Pleasant

Cleanliness of room, not the best but ok for the price. Staff very helpful when needed. Air conditioning great I have to say. Breakfast not so great, I was talking to a couple of guests while having coffee and we were all expecting eggs, ham, or sausage but as other amenities like coffee, cereal / milk, creamer, sweet bread, toast spreads etc. was plenty. Thanks for the service.

Clean room with well maintained

The property is run down and the entrance doors to the rooms need renovation. The furniture was dirty and rundown. The chair in my room had a big stain as big as a baby diaper. The floors was dirty. Carpet was so dirty. You could see the stains in the dirt. When I turn my covers back on my bed, there was a stain. I did take pictures so I will be attaching those pictures. It was not well kept at all. As soon as you walked in the room, there was a smell, and you could see that it was a smell of dirt in the carpets in the furniture was not dusted.

Staff was nice/professional except the overnight staff. He took offense to us complaining about the dirty floor. We wanted extra towels to step on and didn't want to give us any; however, he did give us bath floor mats to walk on through the unit.

It was easy to find the hotel was very clean and the help at the counter was great

This was about 15-20 minutes from the airport. Unfortunately, I literally could not sleep at all because the room above me was so outrageously loud all night long. Front desk didn’t seem too concerned, and said he didn’t hear them and was there by himself. I have no idea how they could be so loud and for so long. It was completely ridiculous

The pillows were very very old, lumpy and worn out . Also we were on the first floor and people were arguing outside our window at 3:30am about drugs . Thats was unsettling

Had to keep entry light on all night so we could use the plug next to the bed, A/C kept making clicking sounds all night, and TV didn’t allow for streaming services.

Things was ok and neat Putting a full roll of tissue and Kleenex in there the kleenex was empty the toilet paper was low I had to go ask for something and then two of the towels had stuff on it and the night man wasn't respectful

The room was OK. I liked that they had 2 fridge even though one of them looked like it was about to fall apart. Location was odd and not very spacious for parking. Then decor was outdated and old looking. Our room had a big stain on the carpet and there was a weird odor.
