The shower head was the best I have used in 40 hotel stays. Big differancein the day when you can get a good shower

The elevator was out of service .. shower head was broken .. there was food left in the fridge from previous guests… the cleaning lady said I cursed at her .. never again will I be staying at the la Quinta in Fresno !! That was the worst place ever !

It is very important for you to Google this property before you go there, this property is having a lot of issues. As an example the swimming pool was closed by the health department, the elevator is broken to a multi-level hotel and there's only one elevator. Side security doors are left unlocked and open for anybody to walk in. If you are okay with these issues and are okay with the price, have at it. My stay left me with the impression that management does not care about their employees nor about the location and property and certainly not about their guests.

They provide a great breakfast and the staff is helpful when needed.

This trip nothing One the clerk was rude when we arrived. Didn’t give me any information. The constitution to get to the hotel was terrible. The hotel’s elevator was not working needed to take the stairs to the third floor with a bad knee. The pillows felt like they had Little Rock’s in them. The breakfast at 9 the eggs were cold only a spoon left no bacon. The toaster took forever to cook the bagel . Very disappointed. 4.00 for a pack of Advil I needed to take for the 3 floors I had to go up.

Check-in was standard, and the front desk experience was neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly. Unfortunately, the overall stay had several issues that added up to a disappointing experience. The elevator was out of service, but this wasn't mentioned at check-in. We spent time looking for another elevator before realizing we needed to use the stairs. The third-floor hallway also had large fans running throughout much of the area, which were quite noisy and made the hotel feel like it was under construction. The stairwell and carpets were also noticeably dirty. The room had several maintenance issues. The handle on the chair was broken, leaving exposed plastic that could potentially scratch a child. The room also had an unpleasant smell, so we opened the window, only to have the nearby train tracks become very noticeable. Trains sounded their horns throughout the night. With the window closed, the air conditioner was extremely loud. The refrigerator also did not work. Any one of these issues by itself would probably not have prompted us to write a review—we understand that hotels can't always be perfect. However, having so many issues during the same stay made the overall experience quite poor. Hopefully these maintenance and communication issues can be addressed for future guests.

Hotel is right next to train tracks, woke up several times to train horns and the building shaking when a train passes. The cleanest area was the lobby. Room was dirty, doors had black hand marks, couch and chair had stains all over. Room had a musty smell. Pool was closed due to health inspector deemed it unsafe. We won’t be staying there again.

Breakfast is good.

The elevator was broken. I was on the third floor with heavy luggage in the morning. There were too many guests and the breakfast was gone at 7:15.

Absolutely NOTHING! Everything! It was extremely dirty !

It was good place to stay over. Breakfast was good!

The front desk person that we reported this to said they would be turned off at night, which was not true. Despite our request to move to a quieter room, the noise persisted throughout our entire stay. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet consistently lacked orange and cranberry juice, even when we arrived early. I thought this chain of hotels La Quinta, where going to be a good Choice will not be staying there again.

Not at all. The quality is bad as the short tap is broken & we fixed own. The floor is not clean well & carpet is dirty . The AC is too old & loudly..
