Aside from being close to my location for the next day, nothing. No customer service skills. Our room smelled horrible after we opened the fridge. Called to get a resolution , was offered towels to clean it and to put coffee in there for an hour to make the smell go away.

On going work made the parking lot hard to get into. Hot tub is out of order.

Nothing to dislike, even with construction going on, it was still great. I was even able to park my long 20 foot trailer!

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice also. Our breakfast was the best that we had on our 2 week trip! We highly recommend this place. There was construction everywhere. They started in the room above me at 7am. It sounded like there was a bowling alley above me.

Convenient close to venue and freeway 99. Seemed outdated. Bed wasn’t comfortable. But did notice they were renovating it. So I would stay again once renovated.

While it seems that the property is a little older the room was large and clean. The bathroom was large and comfortable. Though the bed was pretty uncomfortable and I woke up with a sore back the next day.
