Hampton Inn & Suites Fresno-Northwest

Perfect 👌

Very bad old models room

Free breakfast and comfy bed Nothing

Exceptional

This place is in need of and in the revamping phase. It is right next to the train tracks and the trains go thru all night with the horns blaring. Parking and breakfast were free but this was the worst breakfast I have had at a Hampton Inn.

However, the jacuzzi was not working, and the pool could use some improvements. A heated pool would make the stay even more enjoyable.

We stay at this property every time we travel to the grand kids, very convenient and clean

Very clean, dog friendly, great staff and good breakfast. Close to a lot of great restaurants and things to do-

Staff was very helpful, they're able to move us to another room due to the other side of the building you can hear train coming by all night, so we switched room.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Hotel! The customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The staff at this hotel were outstanding... however the hotel itself is not very appealing. The breakfast was bland and sub par, and the room itself had absolutely zero sound proofing. We could hear every car on the freeway next to us, every step by anyone outside our room and the elevator all night long. The pillows were awful- squishy and provided no support. I won't be staying here again.

Good hotel got the job done. Breakfast was sufficient and staff was extremely helpful. Just a dated hotel

whoever makes the coffee need lots more lessons on how to make the coffee

We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn. We stay here often. We were not able to use the hot tub because it was closed for servicing I think.

Only stayed for 1 night. Construction was going on, but I am grateful my stay wasnt impacted. Check-in was seamless, parking was good. Only issue was this guy was standing around my car for about an hour. I think he was on the phone. Breakfast was great to have access to. It was clean and was worth the price I paid. Will definitely be a go to spot when I return to Fresno in the future.

Our bathroom sink had a very slow drain. Also there was construction going on all night on the floor above our room and we were not notified this was happening. I don't think it was appropriate to charge $200.00 with these conditions

I stay at this hotel was fantastic I couldn't say anything more than that the accommodations the breakfast the access everything was very very good and the front desk staff was most helpful very polite and customer service oriented, 5 stars.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
