Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites FRESNO NORTHWEST-HERNDON by IHG

Breakfast was fine. Room (the final one) was good. Well, I ordered a King Suite with a Kitchenette. When I got there they tried to put me in a regular king room. Then when I asked 'is this a suite?' they insisted they did not have suites. Which - check the name. They absolutely did not have a kitchenette. At least not one I saw. But eventually they moved me to a suite with basic microwave and fridge.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were excellent, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

A very pleasant experience!

Only drawback was the train that goes by the hotel and blows its whistle 3-4 times during the night and early a.m.

The front desk staff were wonderful and super accommodating. They switched our room for the second night upon request because the first night the freeway noise was too much to handle for me. Their breakfast was also good. Clean beds and bathroom, comfortable stay overall. The freeway noise was too much for me. The other side has train noise, but found it more tolerable as you can only hear it briefly while it passes by then it’s gone, and you can drift back to sleep.

Everything and everyone was perfect.

Parking is not a hassle at all, there’s always someone coming in and leaving. The lobby was welcoming and the area smelled clean and looked clean. The hotel was under maintenance but the hallways and elevator were clean and nothing out of the ordinary. The pool looked nice didn’t get a chance to go in. But the staff was helpful at all times. The have a little snack area. The breakfast was delicious and area was clean. The restroom in our hotel room was cleaned and the bed was very comfortable! Nice hotel to stay at. There’s also a Starbucks right in front as well as a Taco Bell next to it.

Hotel was a little hard to get to due to the construction around. Seemed noisy due to freeway traffic
