Home2 Suites By Hilton Fresno Northwest

Autumn checked us in and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

It was in their power to do good, and they did it not.

The staff was so helpful! Great facility.. well thought out design. My wife and I stayed 3 nights and could not have been better!

Really nice hotel, especially if you have a small pet. Very accommodating, very clean, very nice room and pretty good breakfast.

Breakfast was great! Shower doors would not stay all the way. Shampoo container was empty.

The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained breakfast was actually pretty good as well. The staff were very courteous.

The place was clean and the staff was very polite. Only the time slot for breakfast on the Sunday. We had a late night but it all worked out.

It was really nice, I liked the amenities and the fact i could order a stove top from the front desk to cook in my room. Our room was on the side of the train and you could hear it.

Very clean and inviting, smelt very good too! Nothing.

Access and cleanliness was excellent as was the staff At this time all the construction happening around the area

Cleanliness and friendly atmosphere No complaints

This Hotel is perfectly appointed

Clean Pool was closed during summer

Great location, amazing price, delicious breakfast, most importantly staff was professional, friendly and very helpful and the room was excellent. Most definitely we will be returning.

The lack of communication has been terrible, both from Booking.com and the hotel. However, the hotel is primarily responsible for this situation, because Booking.com has at least responded to me, while the hotel has not responded to either Booking.com or me. I have been waiting for a resolution for far too long, and this situation is becoming extremely frustrating. I have been asking for a refund that I am entitled to since the day I checked out of the hotel, and to this day, no one has responded to me. The room was great! Ample space, clean, and clean air inside. Will definitely stay again should I be passing through.

Fantastic property! Everything is new and the staff is great! We had a wonderful stay

Looked nice inside Next time build further from the train track

Front desk staff was rude. On her phone for personal use twice and didn’t get off to check me in or out. Train went by four times a night and woke us up all 8 times for the two nights. Need sound proof if you are going to be so close to a train track or at least not charge so much and should. E disclosed before booking.

Home2suites was very accessible and ideal for our family needs. The stay didn’t disappoint
