Need to upgrade the rooms they need paint and need to upgrade the chair it wa need n bad shape smell bad too .

It was not as clean as I expected. The rugs needed to be cleaned. It made me wonder about the rest of the rooms cleaning. I noticed the maid didn’t come in during the stay.

Everything was great overall. Breakfast was mostly waffles. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave. The only downside was that the plumbing is quite old—the water from the sink runs very slowly. On the plus side, there was secure parking, and both McDonald’s and Starbucks were nearby.

The room was cleaned but a little rundown. My concern is it looks like there were roaches in the room. I spotted one near the TV stand and I near the bottom of the mini fridge. Breakfast was nice! Front Desk staff were excellent.

Friendly staff, clean room, and decent breakfast. The only negative is the air conditioner. That thing was loud as heck, sounding like a turbine engine every time it turned on and off every 3-5 minutes. It was very hard to sleep comfortably because of that. You could keep it off but the room gets stuffy really quick. Bring your own a/c.

Every thing was good

I checked in, dropped off my bags, and left for a few hours. At first glance, the room looked okay. However, when I returned and turned on the A/C, it smelled strongly like cat urine. I tried masking the odor with some body spray before taking a shower, but then I noticed the pillows and even parts of the floor had a strong musty body odor. Fortunately, I always book a room with two beds for situations like this. The second bed seemed to be in slightly better condition, so I slept there instead. For the price, this motel can still be a decent value if you’re on a tight budget. However, if you can afford to spend an extra $15–20, I’d recommend staying at one of the larger hotel chains instead. That said, I’ve stayed here many times over the years, and experiences like this are rare—maybe one out of every ten visits. I probably should have notified the front desk, but by the next morning I was tired and just wanted to get back on the road. In my experience, the managers have usually been accommodating, and I’m confident they would have moved me to another room if I had asked. My guess is that a previous guest had pets and may not have maintained good personal hygiene, leaving behind the odors.

Loved that they had an ice machine on the property . And it was well lit

The front desk service was incredible, great service gave great suggestions and very professional. The room needed an upgrade., Please fix the shower head because too much is spilling out in room 183, and actually you waste more water when you can fix the showerhead and save yourself some money. The breakfast was good, the swimming pool was a plus and it was near everything you needed in Fresno.

Nothing Rooms were disgusting don’t recommend staying here

Getting back to the hotel from the main roads is like a maze. There is not a direct way back to the building. Once you get to the hotel it is a decent place to stay.

But overall clean and nice enuf for a little stay.

We are very satisfied this property has clean rooms friendly staff breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend it.
