The main problem I had was with the TV. I couldn’t use it as a regular TV and after trying many things I finally had it call the desk and they did send a handyman and he couldn’t fix it either because somebody had reprogrammed the TV or something anyway that was very frustrating for me as I wanted to watch some sports while I was there in a couple other things. Also, the TV remote was so worn that I could hardly see which channels or buttons were for what

As a travel nurse this was EXCEPTIONAL. And the night checkin staff was very very friendly, kind, down to earth, professional and welcoming. After a 13 hour trip, his energy was uplifting. Ill never forget this genuine kind hearted man. I have choices and this will make me return. Loved the clean toilet! Smile

Everything is fine except the food program. The attendant was shrewd and their supervisor wasn't any better, I had a transport service picking me up and could not even leave with a bagel. I put two breakfast tickets and did not even use one of them for this reason The attendants in the food program.

Loved my stay just loud kids next to my room

It wasn't horrible, but it definitely wasn't what we expected for a Ramada Inn. Bed was comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for being full and near the highway. But little details matter. Chipped paint on bathroom door, missing smoke detector, broken lamp and damaged shade, dirty swimming pool and deck, dirty hot tub deck that had trash and piled up leaves in the corners.
