The hotel's cleanliness is exceptional, and its location near the freeway is convenient for exploring Kings Canyon and Yosemite. We had a two queen bed room. Hugo at the front desk was extremely helpful, and the quick check-in and check-out processes were appreciated. Internet service was reliable and efficient and the room amenities were functional.

The rooms need some immediate maintenance. The shower makes an insane amount of noise and doesn’t work properly. The handle of the bathroom opens upwards - looks like someone fixed it upside down. The door wouldn’t open easily due to wrong mechanism. The wash basin is right next to the entrance door (shows poor design). The swimming pool is more like an outdoor tub. Poor quality breakfast and an extremely small dining area. This isn’t a Plus Best Western.

This is more of a Bus Hotel. Huge groups of people at breakfast, no food or coffee left after 10 minutes from opening. If you have a family this isn’t a good spot. No food and nowhere to sit for breakfast. Staff is great, but I think this is more of a bus hub than a hotel.

The property is a little dated but very impressed by how clean it was. Have stayed in newer properties that were not so clean.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable for a good night’s sleep. We were only there for one night, but based on our experience, I would definitely stay here again. For the price we paid, it was a great value and a good deal overall. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay.
