Comfort Suites Frisco

Everything was great we’d hoped to have changed rooms but being third party we couldn’t. The pool was great as well as Breakfast and we were 12 mins from the new Universal and check out at 12 was awesome. When we arrived the AC was super cold already which was perfect for the Texas heat.

The breakfast was great. Some of the staff we're very friendly. The shower was broken, but they did fix it. Ac stopped working, and we had to unplug it. However, after a hot night, they let us know that we had to unplug to make it work. The closet has mold in it, and room service doesn't clean your every three days. We had to put wet towels and trash in the hallway in bags for them to carry out trash and wet towels. Our key card stops working on the second night.

The only thing I liked was the decent breakfast in the morning. House keeping is only upon request, and you have to do it during a certain time only in the morning other wise they don’t come and take out trash, give you towels or change the bed etc etc. The number to housekeeping guy spoke very rudely both times I called. The beds are hard as a rock. Pillows don’t make a difference unless you stack 3 on top of each other. Not comfortable whatsoever. Ac isn’t good, had to put it on 60 just so the room doesn’t feel musty and old. I’ve had better rooms at way less expensive places. 300 for 3 nights was not worth it to me. To each their own.

Comfort Nothing

We stayed for 4 days and 4 night. The whole time we asked for the trash and fresh towels daily. And not once did housekeeping pick up our trash. And the only young black man that worked nights was any help. He was always polite and he would give us fresh towels. Other than trash not being picked up or not getting fresh towels. That was okay.
