Clean facility Friendly staff Convenient location Noisy with construction all around Busy road Bird poop on pool chairs

Excellent location with FC Dallas Soccer stadium right across the car park Be aware of the Standard room - your bed selection will be decided during check-in, based on the availability. I was travelling with my teenage daughter; having two beds was critical to me. I requested Standard Room with double beds during booking and it went through. However, at the check-in I was told by hotel clerk "this is a popular location and 90% of the time we cannot accommodate these requests". No alternative rooms / hotels were offered. Room charges are not refundable. I had to book another hotel myself.

Staff very friendly, breakfast was typical of this level of hotel. Parking is difficult. The front entrance only has parking for handicap or special member hotel guests. Otherwise you have to park at the back. Great location

The AC was kind of failing. It wasn’t blowing hot air, but it wasn’t really cooling either—just room-temperature air. Normally, that wouldn’t have been too bad, but after a long day of work, it was pretty rough.
