Everything was perfect, I will recommend this place to everyone travel to Gainesville, Florida.

It was a great stay the room was big enough for the 4 of us and the hot breakfast was great.

Unfortunately I hate to write this review as I really wanted to like this place our room was very dirty!! Dusty tables and pictures trash behind tables. Carpets weren’t clean or even vacuumed. No shampoo or conditioner in dispensers. The couch was broken as well as the table. There was left over food in the fridge. The air conditioner was dripping on the floor. Towels had bad odor and a few had mold. The room had a really yucky odor. The elevator sounded as if it was going to break while it was going up or down with a loud popping noise and feeling very unstable the walls have fingerprints and sticky stuff all over them all in all not a great experience and the front desk staff really didn’t offer a resolution other than to move our room or cancel the entire booking as there was no manager on duty over half the stay our room keys didn’t work the only thing I would rate a 5 star was breakfast it was wonderful nice fresh, and hot we have been chatting with a agent for almost 2 weeks with promise of resolution and they keep saying no manager is available to address the issues I hope that they quickly resolve this and fix the issue in their hotel so it’s a much more enjoyable experience for future guests

Location. Popcorn. Felt safe. Little dirty. Unprofessional repairs done. Small pool. Breakfast wasnt good Saturday. Service wasnt good. Couldn't get food made took a long time. Never got anything but a waffle.

Room great, staff polite, lots of choices for breakfast and plenty of parking.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was excellent. The lady who worked in the cafeteria was helpful and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained.

Somewhat dated and a little musty smelling but otherwise a very pleasant stay and we would stay again

The man at the front desk during the evening was super kind and helpful. Someone I was traveling with got a little ill and he was very understanding and helped me get what I needed to clean the room and get it situated. We had a steeply discounted rate via Expedia so I believe we were put in an outdated room (other rooms were open and I could see they were updated). My bed was broken too lol, but it was clean. There was a legitimate roach (Asian roach NOT a seasonal FL wood roach/palmetto bug) crawling around the TV at night, so I didn’t do the breakfast much after all that, Pool and gym looked nice. Free popcorn and cookies were great for the kids. Safe & convenient area. Great staff. Think I just got an older neglected room due to the low Expedia discount rate tbh

Friendly staff, good bedding and breakfast, and room looked fine. The only thing was that the hotel was a little smelly. They switched our room upon request, because the room smelled a little moldy. The new room was better, but it had not been dusted for a while and had no towels. Got everything we needed though, from the front desk lady, who was very nice.

Great value for the price.

Stayed 2 days and 3 nights, my grandson enjoyed the stay and loved the full breakfast. I go there every year about the same time and I stay there because it's right at 75 and there's no need to travel for food. Plenty of everything close by.

The staff was wonderful, but our first room smelled like feces and we had to be moved.. there were dirty socks in the hallway .. serious age and cleanliness issues..

Quiet, and the front desk very helpful

Roomy smelled musty. The hotel needs done updates carpets cleaned and bathroom fixed (rust in tub and caulking coming off). Beds are okay. Elevator seems sketchy very slow and makes lots of noise. Not a lot of breakfast options, boxes cereal, eggs and sausage and waffles. Not a lot of variety for “healthy” options. Parking is good. Staff friendly.

It was fantastic staff, one room we first got was a little moldy but they moved us into another room (upgrade) for no extra cost. Overall, great place to stay.

I woke up because some kind of bug bit me! I woke up feeling itchy. I was really upset. The hotel smells awful too

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was really good.

She placed me on hold while graciously went to check the availability of such beds. She came back on the phone, and informed me, that "Yes" the hotel has beds meeting my specific requirement. I made the reservation. After my medical appoinmeent at UF Health and dinner, we checked in. As soon as we got to the room, we realized the beds were not resting on 4 legs, and there was no space under the bed at all. The individual attending the front desk was not forth coming in offering assistance, relunctaty canceled the reservation, and because I insisted, gave me a print out of the transaction as evidence to obtain a full refund from you since I made the reservation through your company.
