The hotel is located right off the main artery (I75) and has easy access on and off. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only complaint is the lighting in the parking lot at night and the walk to the back door. There needs to be much better lighting in the back of the hotel for those who travel alone. Breakfast was decent and there is plenty of seating. I would stay again.

Enough space to stretch out, pretty quiet, a desk with lots of connection options for computer and phone. Staff were just wonderful. Breakfast is hot and smells amazing each morning. Minutes to great restaurants and all shopping needs

The only negative I had was the family with four kids screaming and carrying on in the pool from 8-9:30 pm. Ridiculous for a hotel that caters to people who are getting up very early for a full day of driving. I didn’t get back to sleep till after midnight.

Did not have the opportunity to even stay due to them over booking and not accommodating my confirmed reservations. The staff was not helpful in their mistake and told me there was nothing they could do. I would have to locate another hotel. With such short noticed and the event going on all hotels were sold out or triple the price of what I was supposed to pay with Spring Hill. I book my hotel October of 2025, 7 months in advance and not one time was I told they overbooked and could not accommodate my reservations that I have a confirmation number for and made payment.

The hotel had multiple customer waiting in lobby because they didn’t have rooms available. They did not plan well for the major event going on. People had to get ready for the event in the hotel lobby bathroom and were not able to get rooms until after the event which was late at night.
