Great stop near UF

Everything about this stay was awesome. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good and saved us money. The staff was all friendly. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi was down for a bit, which I'm sure was beyond their control. We will return in the near future.

Superb

Upon arrival, April gave us the most friendly warm welcome we've ever received while checking into a hotel. Not only was she friendly, she was quick and efficient. She texted us 10 minutes later to make sure everything was good with our room. The room was initially fine, but an hour later a high pitched squeaking noise was heard and couldn't be stopped. I texted April the issue, and she quickly brought up a luggage cart and a key to a new room! Outstanding customer service!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and clean

Within 5 minutes of being in the room with my 4 kids, a big cockroach showed up. I couldn't run faster. It was hard finding a new hotel at 2am, a new room was offered but I did not want to stay there at all, eating breakfast there was not even an option after that either. The staff tried their best, but you can tell this was not the first time, they weren't surprised.

A bit old but in a good location

We go there to stay overnight often for my appointments at Shands . It always clean every time we came

April at the front desk provided outstanding customer service, the manager was also great, as was the woman running the breakfast area. We will return to this hotel whenever we stop in the Gainesville area!

Room and property were great other than our shower wouldn’t drain correctly left water in the tub and the toilet when flushed was horribly loud. The beds are firm so if your someone like me with back problems no comfy but the rest of my crew were very comfortable. Loved that breakfast was well put together and that they had coffee syrups for our coffee. Nice pool but it rained so we didn’t get to use them.

The rooms were clean the staff were excellent and there was a bunch of parking!
