Easy check in, wonderful and very kind staff everywhere, large parking lot (free), very comfortable bed and pillows, clean and modern bathroom, right off of I-75, and The Best Ever warm chocolate chip with walnuts cookies given at arrival and departure!!

Night staff was very nice. Morning staff refused to help me double check t h e charges on my stay. Placed 2 bfastast orders. One to go. I got both orders on a Styrofoam box. No attempts to correct the orders. Frustrated, I asked for utensils...." sorry , we only have 1 set of utensils "!!!!!!!

The morning of check out, the elevator near our room was not working which resulted in carrying luggage down three flights of stairs as we were on the 3rd floor.

The property was not well maintained and the room I was first put in the rug was soaked with ac water . After calling and letting the desk know they. Put me in another room that the AC didn’t work

But cleanliness could definitely improve. Sink was leaking, I wiped up water from floor, the the towel was black from the dirt from bathroom floor.

The hotel felt dirty and smelly. The room wasn’t clean enough even the bedding looked filthy. The bathroom had mold. We would never come back!

Very nice hotel, we don't want to stay anywhere else in Gainesville. Excellent staff who are more than helpful. Fresh warm cookies upon check in. Rooms are very pretty and comfortable. Never not booking this hotel!
