Courtyard by Marriott Gainesville FL

Staff was very nice and quick to assist with some minor requests. I could hear the people above us walking around in the morning but that seams to be a common hotel thing these days.

I had a problem with noise and Reginald quickly got it resolved allowing me to get some much needed rest and relaxation. Reginald is a great example of the best thing about staying at a Marriott... it's people are wonderful.

We have stayed here several times and have never had an issue before. Hoping for a refund!

Excellent stopover on our journey from Orlando to Atlanta. Clean, excellent staff and facilities

Rooms clean but Not sound proof can hear traffic and dumpsters getting emptied in the morning had very noisy neighbors argued all night

There were too many bugs in the room and cockroaches in the gym.

The room was clean upon arrival. They have a nice lobby with bar and food for purchase. Roaches in gym and a friend had one in her room, hotel staff very unprofessional bordering harassment of guest, you’re not allowed to sit in the lobby bar to eat after 8:30pm on weekends, we were told to go to our rooms. Policy states quiet hours are 10pm but front desk staff harassed us both night sending us to our rooms at 8:30pm. Even posted paper all over hotel stating New Rules. We will never stay here again. Also we stayed 2 nights and our room was never cleaned.

Beautiful room and the personalization was a nice touch breakfast not included

Was tasty and hit the spot, I think I got the breakfast burrito while I was there. Did not like being asked who I worked for at check-in.

The front desk staff were excellent - kind, cheerful and welcoming.
