Everything was great!

We stayed here over parents weekend for close to $400/night. It was not worth $400/night but if we were to stay here for its normal price I would recommend staying here. Staff were very friendly, bed and pillows were comfortable and room was clean.

The staff was excellent, prompt, and extremely helpful! We needed help with the TV and the staff was very attentive and quickly solved the problem. The room had an odd smell and felt damp, but understandable in humid Florida! It was a convenient location and the AC was cold!

ac was good. staff barely came by to clean or throw trash away, they just left the trash bags tied up in the room until next visit

Location close to the Gainesville VA Regional Hospital Plenty of restaurants nearby and to I75 for ease of travel. I really hate to complain, but the air conditioning in the room was set at seventy two and never reached eighty had a restless night of sleep. Due to the heat

Roaches , I need to iron and the ironing board was the filthiest that I ever seen on a ironing board

The room was clean but the property is rundown and not properly cleaned. There is plenty of parking.

We did have to request a new room our first night there - the one they originally gave us was extremely broke down and honestly shouldn’t be allowed to be rented out until the several Required repairs are complete, BUT they didn’t give us any hassle. Just went back down to the front desk requested something else and they gave a cleaner/better room on the same floor which made moving easy peasy. I’ve stayed here before in the past and it’s always an ok experience as far as quality goes, but you can’t beat the rate + location + great staff & the pool was clean and cool which makes up for quality in my opinion.

Needs an update BADLY!

Nothing place had infestation of roaches & would not do anything about it! Roach infestation in rooms, poor customer service, and phone in the room did not work!
