Homewood Suites by Hilton Gainesville

We enjoyed our stay. Everything went well. The employees were friendly. The accommodations were perfect. The location is near everything you need. Definitely would stay there again.

Computers non-functioning…I felt sorry for the staff trying to operate efficiently without normal technology up and running.

The room felt like home away from home, it was comfortable, convenient, the location, the service, the entire staff from Destiny at the front desk who checked me in along with the manager all was managed very well, clean, it was pleasantly, a wonderful bedroom suite to enjoy N/A

They had a huge breakfast selection. Though my son wasn’t a fan of the sausage. I feel like there were enough other choice that anyone could find something that works for them. For those who like that kind of thing, they had beer on tap. Not sure what kind because that’s not my thing, but I know it’s a selling point for others. Would definitely stay again.

The staff is incredible, they were dealing with a lightning strike and couldn't give us room keys so that was a bit inconvenient. But everyone is really nice

We were told no other rooms available was available Disgusting smell and definitely not clean We were also told we would get 40,000 points to use later and that never happened Basically dirty disgusting hotel and staff not helpful

I was disappointed by the fact that my room was not cleaned during my stay. The front desk was pretty helpful. And I hate to complain about housekeeping. But it appears the message was never passed that my room was not cleaned.

Breakfast was good.

Everything was good The sprinkler in the bathroom went off while we was sleeping and water was everywhere but management did compensate us.

The front desk person was thoughtful and kind. She was so helpful when we forgot some things. The room was very comfortable with a seating area. Definitely would stay here again. The location was perfect.
