Horrible customer service check in was 1.5 hrs long horrible and the front desk was beyond rude

don't get the breakfast.. it's the exact same food they serve for free except at this hotel they charge $19.35. it's definitely not worth it. everything else was fine. they only clean the rooms every other day

The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and nice, the whole hotel was very clean, our room was too! Of all the Gainesville hotels we have stayed in this was our favorite, we will be back!!
