Hotel was clean and centrally located for UF activities. Staff are very friendly.

This is my second stay in the past two months. The first time I was there, it seems like they were having an air conditioning issue in the hotel bc on my floor alone they were running dehumidifiers in some of the room and the hallways. You could barely sleep at night and I would wake up with wet hair even though I went to bed with dry hair. It was so muggy you could barely breathe. Fine I understand it, air conditioning issues. I was just there this weekend (5/6 weeks later) I would think they would have fixed the problem. This time is was much worse. There was mold all over the room and walls and furniture- green and black mold. And here’s the kicker- my husband woke up in the middle of the night to a roach literally crawling on him in bed. He killed it and left the evidence on the floor for the housekeepers to deal with. We took a picture but I’ll spare you the image. I would not recommend a stay here not unless you love roaches and an unhealthy environment. Each time we came downstairs to speak to someone there was a line and quite frankly we were on a time crunch with it being family weekend. So could my issues be resolved? I don’t think so either as the hotel was completely booked out.

Very clean room! Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was delicious! Parking was incredibly easy, and FREE!

Michael at front desk has a terrible attitude. He was rude, threatened us with taking away the reservation, used absolute disgusting language. I had a horrible experience, and we decided to leave the property. He is very comfortable having this attitude which leads me to believe that it’s not the first time acting like this and somebody in management is enabling his actions

I started here when visiting my son who attends school at UF. It was a great stay! I loved the location, the staff were friendly, the room was updated and super clean. I would definitely recommend it!

We still come back because we love the location and the front desk personnel are always so friendly and kind, plus they make the best cookies in the afternoon!

The breakfast buffet was good. When you walk in the lobby smelled musty and our room smelled very musty. I wouldn't stay here again.
