HOM Hotel Gainesville, SureStay Collection by Best Western

Very clean stay. Convenient to walk to a couple restaurants as well. (Texas Roadhouse and Cracker Barrel, though CB might be under renovation.) Comfy bed. Nice lobby and good breakfast too. Recommend!

Great place to stay and clean

The room looked clean but a lot of humidity, bed sheets felt damp, floor was slippery. On the second night the floor where wet in the middle of the night slippery also fell. Also found a 2 inch water bug in the bathroom, on the morning of checking out. 3 of us have come down with a cold and fever since then. Was told I would get a discount. Which I received but in a smaller amount than told. No way we can stay there again. Also if you get a room facing the highway, you hear all the traffic especially from the trucks zipping by.

great price ! The room has coffee maker with coffee/tea, water bottles, microwave, small refrigerator ; all of them were very useful. This will be my regular hotel from now on when I come to see my son who is studying at Gainesville. Thank you very much!

The room was very humid. Effect to report to front desk, no one was present. Waited about 20 minutes no one never showed. I just got through the night since it was only a one night stay. This would not be my first choice for a hotel stay.

Stayed for one night on a trip through Gainesville. Comfortable beds, clean room, decent breakfast. I was impressed with the overall quality for the affordable price. Would stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised and pleased. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The updated shower head was awesome although the shower floor tray was a bit low so I did have water go outside. But, it wasn’t a problem, just cleaned it up. The breakfast was really good for me, sausage and biscuits with gravy. Yum yum.

When I arrived and checked in, I had a very good interaction with the employee at the desk. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did not get a chance to eat breakfast. The only problem I had was with the television. I love to watch my movies and there was a big white spot in the middle of the television. Contacted the front desk and it was promptly taken care of.
