Couldnt use the pool and also there was the loud fire alarm that got triggered in the middle of the night twice. I know it is something outside of their control but they could have prevented the second instance where the alarm retriggered. It was so hard for me to put my daughter back to sleep again

Very pleased with this hotel. My stay was pleasant, hotel staff was great, attentive and pleasant. Breakfast was average but they had a nice variety. The kitchen in my room was well stocked with all the utensils, plates and cooking items needed. Great job Homewood. My only suggestion is to have a 'per-free floor. I don't have pets and I don't want to smell them in my room.

Good room and nice staffs, only complaint is a noisy AC, which didn’t matter as it wasn’t that hot of a night.

Our stay was okay. Unfortunately, we had multiple uncomfortable experiences. We got two rooms on different floors, and it was very inconvenient to have our parents and us go up and down to reach each other. Both our nights were marred by a fire alarm and someone playing pranks and knocking on our parents' door at night.

Check the EV charging stations before using. They are Tesla with one hook-up for non-Tesla. The latter didn't work, and no-one in the hotel knew how to use it. The staff should have some familiarity, if the hotel is going to provide EV charging.

The gentleman at the front desk was rude and the tv did not work properly in my 2nd room.

Great hotel. The staff were extremely nice. We took the suite for our entire family (and dog) that was spacious and had a refrigerator/kitchen/sink. The gym is extremely well equipped which was a very nice bonus. Very nice experience

The staff and amenities were great. The breakfast is the only thing for improvement that comes to mind. Otherwise everything else was great.

Breakfast photos were deceiving. No waffle machine & no pancake machine. Same breakfast everyday. They didn’t clean rooms or even empty garbage cans daily. Didn’t refill toilet paper or bath towels with soap, etc. I had to leave early than expected because I couldn’t take the garbage not being emptied. When I asked for toilet paper it took over 24 hours to get any.
