Camping outdoors would have been better

The staff allowed us to check in an hour early, which was appreciated. (We were in town for a lacrosse tournament.) the toilet was dirty. The shower peeling.

Should have known when I walked into the lobby and the staff was behind bullet proof glass. Checked out immediately after checking in. Hotel was filthy and smelled like cigarettes. Didn’t stay long enough to look for roaches or bed bugs but I wouldn’t be shocked if they were there. Pictures shown are not even close to what the hotel actually looks like.

During my stay, one staff member abruptly ended a phone call while I was inquiring about a late checkout, and another called back in a manner that I perceived as intimidating and unprofessional. This was by far the worst experience I have had with any hotel property. As a result, I decided to move to the same hotel brand in Germantown, where the staff have been courteous, professional, and attentive to guests' needs. I hope the management of this property will invest more in staff training and guest relations to improve the experience for future guests.

Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out.

Location and price Bathroom wasn't clean to my liking tub was an accident waiting to happen. Scared I'd fall, area was filled w strangers standing around just not what I experienced on my previous visit

Worst bed ever. Springs come through the mattress. Bed is not secure. 2 outlets! Can't get toilet paper or clean sheets.

The staff was wonderful. The amenities were there. The property is under construction. The backside is on a railroad track, & it was not the cleanest by a stretch/ all around the property. The room was clean.

The water was interrupted for an hour. There was no monetary compensation. Also room was not cleaned after our first night and clean towels had to be asked for. We stayed 2 nights. We expected at least some clean towels after the first night. Asked for an extra blanket that was not given.

Nothing they were rude and the customer service was disrespectful me and my spouse waited a whole hour because the front desk rep a.k.a the assistant manager was giving us a hard time along with the booking agency Everything down to the customer service to the un cleanliness of the room

The room was in good condition, but there was nothing to buy; no snacks no drinks even no water. This becomes a problem when you are having a transit stop.
