Room had a musty odor. Bathroom too small. Kitchen was in rough shape. Elevator broken. Stains on the carpet floors. TV was low to the ground and hard to watch from bed. Hallways smelled like smoke. Generally old and depressed building.

Bad odor in room; outdated furniture; coffee with no creamer or milk. Only sweetened coffemate for whitener.

The only thing that was good was the distance from hotel to where we had to go. No one mentioned that the property is used as a shelter. The room was hodgepodge together. There was a moldy/smoky smell throughout the place.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, nice, calm, and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel if you need a long term stay in a pinch!

Unfortunately, this day, the water was shut off, and I was unable to take a shower or even drink water from the tap the next morning. It was extremely inconvenient.

Rooms have a very strange, overwhelming smell. Room rates jump every week, no cleaning, fresh towels or linens were offered in the three weeks I stayed there. Extremely sketchy people hanging out outside all hours of the day and night. Not worth the money when there’s a nicer studio 6 right next door that’s cheaper and cleaner.

The room had a weird smell, and the smoke detector would go off when you cook. No cleaning services offered in the 3 weeks I was there and weekly rates kept going up.

Convenient When you first walk in it was dirty the room I walked into wasn’t cleaned had to get a different room it also smelled like weed throughout the whole building yet all the signs say no smoking

The location was perfect for what I required. Upon inspecting the room I found that the bed was rickety it felt like it was going to fall when I sat on it. The bed frame was not attached to the headboard(which was damaged and fabric sticking from the pleather) Unlike other extended stays the room had no utensils. The TV sat very low on a table and it was smaller than all of the TVs in every hotel/motel I have experienced. Coffee only available in the am fortunately 7-Eleven is a 3 minute walk from the property.

Had complications with check in and never got to stay Pretty paid for my room and received confirmation of payment for the concierge to tell me that he could not find the reservation. At a desperate time I had to sleep in my car.
