Do not recommend if sleep quality is important - the mattress and pillows were of poor quality.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Very close to downtown Galena. Only glitch for our 70+ group was a lack of elevator!

The room was nice and comfortable. The only problem was with the shower. It did not drain well. The water was up to my ankles after running the water for 1 minute. ☹️ See above

Dirty room broken tv stinky room ac didn’t work jacuzzi tub was dirty and had gunk in jets. Sauna door wouldn’t close.

We stayed here for one night. It was okay for one night but personally I could not have stayed two as whatever scent they were using in the lobby was so strong and to me an awful smell that I would not have made it through a 2nd night. That said, the room was huge which was great. Unfortunately, it had a damp smell to it. We kept the door to the outdoors open as long as we could just to air the room out. The pool was good and the breakfast had a lot of options. Location was good for us and you could walk into town if you didn't mind going down the hill and climbing back up hill. For us, it was a great walk. Would probably not stay here again simply due to the smells. Maybe they wouldn't bother someone else.

We had a suite with a round king bed which was fun, HOWEVER, IT WAS VERY HARD TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE BED WITH THE HARD FRAME RUNNING AROUND THE BED.

This was my 3rd stay here in Galena over the past 5 years. As in the past, our experience was great. Clean room and bedding, no excessive noise, and a good breakfast.

The pool was dirty and the pool room. There were three large spiders at the bottom of the pool for three days. There was a slim on your feet if you entered the pool. The remote fell behind the bed. Several dead roaches

Breakfast was good, nothing special. My refrigerator didn't work and took over an hour to get fixed.
