Best Western Galena Inn & Suites

It was clean, smelled pretty musty, was pretty muggy and moist in the room and the bed wasn’t very comfortable but overall it was a decent stay. Nothing to be over the moon about. Staff was very kind and attentive.

The hotel did not match the picture at all.It looked premium in picture it was completely different from the pictures posted,very disappointing.

We booked 3 rooms for a weekend trip to Galena. In one of rooms (#217) our friends discovered a bedbug infestation. Because it was late in the evening it was too late to find another hotel and they were forced to leave town and return home. This ruined the weekend for everyone for all of us and we left town this morning. We documented the infestation and talked to the front desk. He said he would refund for that room, but I requested a refund for all 3 rooms because it did spoil our entire visit. I am awaiting the outcome from them and you. Please notify me when this is resolved.

Staff at check in was very nice. Sheets had some stains on one bed.. rooms are big. Beds were very hard. Over all we would stay again but bring blankets in case beds are still hard. Pricing was good. Convenient location.

Spacious clean room with balcony. Good hot breakfast. Quiet AC. Bath door dragged and tub spigot leaked.

Me and my friend had the cave room and it was absolutely fantastic!!! We stayed for one night but this room was spotless when we got there, everything was so perfect and clean. The staff were super friendly! Good location and great price for everything included:)

Was given a unsuitable room. Reserved a Hanicapped room with rollin shower over a month early. Upon arrival only room available was room with handicapped tub. Wife forced to risk falls to shower. Romm had wasps in bathroom.

Near to many activities the value but mostly the clean ? and the kindly and helpful stuff

We were dissatisfied that 10 minutes before 9 am the breakfast ending, there was nothing left to eat. Many visitors had to leave with no breakfast. Mind that it was Memorial Day weekend and hours should be extended to holiday hours.

Best water pressure I've ever had at a hotel. The room was big. Bed was okay.
